(Prior art) Conventionally, interior parts such as crash pads installed in the interior of automobiles have been made of cushion materials such as soft urethane foam and synthetic resin on the core material from the viewpoint of ensuring the safety of passengers. A laminated layer with a skin material is sometimes used.

As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 55-41232, a method is generally used in which a skin material is fixed to a core material by vacuum forming with a cushion material interposed therebetween.
Further, a method of fixing each material with an adhesive may be used.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the case of the method of fixing by vacuum forming, the skin material is limited to a thermoplastic resin sheet. The problem was that it was impossible to express a sense of luxury.

On the other hand, in the case of a method of fixing with an adhesive, the material for the skin material is not particularly limited. but,
If the interior product has a concave portion on its surface, it is necessary not only to adhere the peripheral edges of the core material and the skin material, but also to adhere at least the skin material to the cushion material in the vicinity of the concave portion. Cushion materials made of polyurethane foam or the like generally have the property of being softened by adhesives, which causes problems such as the surface of interior items being susceptible to deformation.

The present invention was made in view of these points, and its purpose is to use a non-thermoplastic sewn product such as real leather as the skin material for the above-mentioned interior parts of the laminated structure. In the case of a product having a concave portion on its surface, the skin material in the concave portion is fixed to the core material, thereby effectively enhancing the design effect of the interior product.

(Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve the above object, the solution of the present invention is such that an automobile interior part is fixed by sandwiching a cushion material between a core material and a skin material, and It is assumed that the skin material is a sewn product made by sewing the ends of a plurality of skin pieces together. Then, one sewn part of the skin material is provided along the recess on the surface of the interior component, a core rod is attached to the back surface of the skin material of the sewn part, and an engagement hole provided in the core material is attached to the core rod. The structure is such that a hook member is provided to be engaged with.

(Function) With the above configuration, in the present invention, the skin material in the concave portion on the surface of the interior product is engaged with the core rod provided on the back side of the sewn portion and the engaging hole of the core material provided on the core rod. It is fixed to the core material via a hook member that stops the core material. Depending on this fixing structure, the material of the skin material that is the sewn product is not limited. In addition, the cushion material will not soften as would be the case if the cushion material is stuck to the skin material and the cushion material, and since the part where the core rod is attached is a sewn part of the skin material, the appearance may not be spoiled when it is attached. Therefore, the design effect of the interior product having the recessed portion can be effectively enhanced.

Figures 1 to 3 show a crash pad A as an interior part of an automobile according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the crash pad A is made of a core material 1 made of a hard resin such as ABS and a soft urethane foam. The cushion material 2 is laminated with a cushion material 2 made of a leather material and a skin material 3 made of real leather that gives off a luxurious appearance, and the cushion material 2 is sandwiched and fixed between the core material 1 and the skin material 3. The above-mentioned skin material 3 is made by cutting the main skin into a predetermined shape for each substantially planar portion of the surface of the cushion pad A, and making up a plurality of cut skin pieces 3.
It is a sewn product of genuine leather made by sewing the ends of a, 3a, ... to each other, and the stitches 4, 4,

The skin material 3 is made of a crush pad A.
It is fixed to the core material 1 with an adhesive at the peripheral edge and a portion corresponding to the opening 5. Also, one sewn part of the skin material 3 (the joint between the skin pieces 3a, 3a) is a concave part 6 in which the surface of the cushion part A is concave.
A core rod 7 made of metal or the like and extending along the sewing line is attached to the back surface of the skin material 3 of the sewn portion via a connecting cloth 8 for sewing the skin pieces 3a, 3a together. ing. The core rod 7 is provided with a plurality of hook members 9, 9, . ,... are provided, and each hook member 9 is connected to the engagement hole 1.
The skin material 3 is fixed to the core material 1 by being engaged with the core material 1. The cushion material 2 is separated at a portion corresponding to the recess 6 on the surface of the cushion pad A (that is, the portion where the skin material 3 is fixed to the core material 1 via the core rod 7 and the hook member 9).

Therefore, the crash pad A of the above embodiment
In this case, the skin material 3 laminated on the core material 1 with the cushion material 2 interposed therebetween has a core rod 7 provided on the back side also in the concave portion 6 on the surface of the cushion pad.
Since it is fixed to the core material 1 via the hook member 9 provided on the core rod 7 and engaged in the engagement hole 10 of the core material 1, the laminated structure becomes integral and strong.

In addition, since the skin material 3 is made of high-quality real leather, the design effect of the cushion pad A can be enhanced, and the skin material 3
If there are wrinkles or the like due to dimensional variations during sewing, the wrinkles or the like can be easily eliminated by adjusting the height of the hook member 9. Further, unlike the case where the skin material 3 is fixed to the cushion material 2 with an adhesive, the cushion material 2 is not softened, and deformation of the cushion pad A can be prevented.

Furthermore, since the fixing point of the skin material 3 in the recess 6 is the sewing part of the skin pieces 3a, 3a, the core rod 7, which is one of the fixing members, is attached to the skin material 3 by using a sewing tie cloth 8. Can be installed on the back,
Moreover, the appearance on the surface of the skin material 3 is not impaired by its attachment.

In the above embodiment, the present invention was applied to a cushion pad A of an automobile, but in other interior parts such as a door trim of an automobile, a cushion is applied between a core material and a skin material that is a sewn product. Of course, the present invention can also be similarly applied to a structure in which materials are sandwiched and fixed.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the structure of the automobile interior part of the present invention, the sewing part of the skin material is provided in the recessed part on the surface of the interior part, and the core rod provided on the back surface of the skin material of the sewing part. By fixing the skin material to the core material via the hook member, the laminated structure of the base material, cushion material, and skin material is made strong, and genuine leather can also be used as the material for the skin material. It also has no adverse effects such as softening of the cushion material.
The design effect of an interior product having a recessed portion can be effectively enhanced.
