Claims (1)
- 上部の往路伝票２と下部の復路伝票５で構成さ
れる複写伝票１であつて、往路伝票２の上面に縦
幅の広い透明フイルム１０を臨ませ該透明フイル
ム１０の裏面前部に第一糊層１１を、後部に第二
糊層１２を形成し、第一糊層１１と第二糊層１２
に夫々離型紙１３，１４を貼付するとともに複写
伝票１の後端部を第二糊層１２に接着し、復路伝
票５の最上部伝票葉５ａの長手方向に沿う両端部
を、裏面の糊層７に離型紙８を貼付したタツク紙
６の両端部に接着して袋状となし、而して復路伝
票５の届け先欄３ａと依頼主欄４ａが、往路伝票
２と逆位置になるべく印刷したことを特徴とする
往復用配送伝票。
