てあり、金属冠体6の内部に温度センサー7が取

熱そして回転軸10と軸受12との摩擦熱が直接
金属性回転軸10を通して温度センサー7に伝わ
らない様にし、正確なパン生地温度の検出に支障
をきたさないようにしてある。

の温度しか伝わらない金属性冠体6の温度を温度
センサー7で検出することで、パン生地の温度を
正確に検出でき、こね上げ並びに焼き上げを適正
に行えて常に良質のパンを作ることができる効果
