５は、所望の形状厚さに成形した弾性材で、底板
１上に接着剤等によつて固定する。クツシヨン材
５は、表皮６で包み、表皮６の周囲は底板１の裏
側まで回して固定する。飾りボタン７は、丈夫な
ナイロン等の紐２が連結してあつて、針で表皮６
とクツシヨン材５に紐２を通し、孔３に通す。そ
して、飾りボタン７で、表皮６に凹みができるよ
うに紐２を下側に引張つて、紐２を底板１の突起
４に巻いて掛止める。こうしておいて、紐２をタ

うにしたので、飾りボタンによる表皮の凹みが適
度になるように紐を引張つて突起に掛止めて仮止
めし、しかる後、紐を底板にタツカーで固定でき
る。このため、表皮の凹みを均一に早く決め易
く、作業性が向上してコストダウンが図れ、凹み
