に配置した角度検出用光源と、前記回転部材の反
対側において前記角度検出用光源に対向する位置
に配置した光入射位置検出素子と、これら角度検
出用光源および光入射位置検出素子によつて挟ま
れている前記回転部材の部分に形成されたスリツ
トとを有し、このスリツトは、前記回転部材の回
転量に応じて前記光入射位置検出素子に対峙する
スリツト部分の位置が移動する形状に設定されて
おり、前記光入射位置検出素子は、スリツト部分
を通過した通過光の入射位置を検知可能な素子て
あり、この光入射位置検出素子の出力から前記反
射鏡の回転角度を検出することを特徴とする角度
