【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は医療分野に於いて使用される、患者の
患部の細胞組織を採取する生検針に関する。

従前の生検針は、陰圧を生成させる吸引筒のピ

ない構造と成つている。その内針付ピストンの形
状は必然的に仕様態様によつて、通常の注射器の
区分から区分して患者の患部組織片を採取する専
用器具として識別されている。従つてゝる形状の
生検針の吸引筒とそのピストンとを他の使用目的
で通常の注射器の様にして目的外使用をするこは
やり難い面がある。

筒での内針付ピストンに対してその汎用性を期待
される得る様に改めて、通常の規格を有した注射
器等の吸引筒へ従前の生検針の機能を付与できる
様にすることを問題点とした。

かゝる問題点を解決する為に、通常の規格を成
した注射器の吸引筒へ従前の二重針構造部分(図
示)を吸引筒へ接合または分離を自在に構成して
患者の患部組織を採取できる様に、従前の内針付
ピストンの形式を改良し、内針とピストンとは一
体とはせず分割させて、内針付フランジの構造に
して、該内針へコイル状のスプリングを装備させ
て、通常のシリンヂへ組み立て構成(第2図参
照)をさせて、問題解決の手段と成した。外針は
先細絞りの段付針管をなして、内針は該外針の先
細絞り部分の内径に対して密着摺動可能な外径を
なして、該内針へ前記コイル状スプリングを装備
して、該スプリングは吸引ピストンの押圧を完全
に開放された時の伸長長さを前記外針の先細絞り
部分の所望長さ寸法よりもやゝ長目の寸法に形成
されて有つて、前記スプリングがピストンの押圧
から完全に開放された時にピストンとそのフラン
ジとはフリーの状態となつて、内針の刃先の位置
は外針の先絞り段差の内側に引つ込み且つ内針の
刃先と吸引筒内との区間は同通状態となり、更に
継続したピストン引き操作は吸引筒内の陰圧を増
強させて、その陰圧は外針の刃先へ強力に伝わる
様に構成させてある。即ち本考案の解決手段は通
常のシリンヂ注射器へ前記した構造の二重針を接
合組み立てを可能にするべく内針にフランヂを結
合してその内針へコイル状のスプリングを組み込
み構成させる手段で問題解決を成している。

ストン1aを引いて吸引筒1c内に陰圧を生成さ
せながら行う、この間内針1bの刃先が外針1d
の先細絞り段差部分から内方に達した時に前記生
成された陰圧は該外針1dの刃先へ伝わつてその
吸引採取中の該組織片を強力に保持する。

つている、内針2bは該外針2dの先細絞り部分
の内径に対して摺動密接する外径を成している、
更に内針2bにはフランジを溶接等で結合して内
針付フランヂ2fを形成している、コイル状スプ
リング2gは内針2bへ挿入し装備してあり、吸
引ピストン2aの押圧が該ピストン2aの吸引操
作で引いて完全に解除された時該スプリング2g
の伸びた長さは前記外針2dの刃先から先細絞り
部分段差までの区間よりもやゝ長い寸法に構成さ
せて且つ該押圧を完全に押した時の該内針2bの
刃先がその外針2dの刃先からやゝ突出している
様にその内針2bの長さを形成してある(図示し
た状態)。使用に際しては、図示した状態で生検
針2を患者の患部組織(図示せず、以下同じ)へ
穿刺して、吸引ピストン2aを矢印方向に引き、
その吸引操作に於いてスプリング2gの押圧が解
除されると共に内針2bはそのスプリング2gの
反動で前記患者組織片の吸引を開始し、やがて内
針2bの刃先が段付外針2dの先細絞り部分の段
差から内方に達した時に外針2dの刃先と吸引筒
2c内とは同通状態と成つて、該ピストン2aの
吸引操作で生成された吸引筒2c内の陰圧がその
外針2dの刃先へ達して吸引採取中の前記患者組
織片を強力に吸引保持する。
