In recent years, due to the spread of advanced industrial equipment such as computers and the sophistication of lifestyles due to the introduction of a wide variety of high-performance home appliances, today's social life has become increasingly dependent on electricity, resulting in construction power outages and breakdowns. Social awareness of power outages, regardless of whether they are power outages, is becoming increasingly severe. For this reason, today, in response to the above social needs, for example, in the event of a construction power outage, bypass cable cars loaded with power cables and mobile transformer cars are used to provide relief to customers. A so-called uninterruptible construction method has been developed that allows the supply of electricity to continue during a power outage, and has come to be used for construction power outages. and,
The mobile transformer used in the above-mentioned uninterruptible construction method is generally housed in an outer box that is loaded and fixed on a vehicle, and the main body of the transformer is housed together with the primary and secondary switches, voltage detection/phase detection equipment, etc. Outside the box, it is constructed by mounting high and low voltage cables, bypass cables, etc. on the vehicle, and when using it, connect the bypass cable vehicle and the mobile transformer vehicle at the construction site, and connect the power cable to the outside of the construction area. A bypass is applied from the mobile transformer to each customer on the high-voltage and low-voltage sides via cables to continue uninterrupted supply, and the line switch is opened to make the construction section voltage-free and construction work can be carried out safely. was going there.

The mobile transformer described above is used to carry out uninterrupted construction while sequentially moving from one predetermined construction site to another during power outages.
Although it is mounted on a vehicle and has maneuverability, the height from the road surface to the roof of the outer box is quite high (approximately 2 meters or more).

Therefore, at the construction site, there is a need to monitor and give instructions on the progress of the construction work, or to connect the low-voltage cable connected to the mobile transformer to the pole-mounted transformer, and then perform work such as moving, storing, and connecting the low-voltage cable connected to the mobile transformer. It was necessary for a person to climb onto the roof of the outer box. However, since no conventional safety measures have been taken on the roof of the outer box, there is always a risk of falling during work, etc., and careful work is required to avoid danger. The location made it difficult to carry out work quickly and safely.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention installs foldable safety shelves around the roof of the outer box that houses the mobile transformer and is mounted on the vehicle. When climbing up to work, the safety racks are pulled up and placed around the roof, and when finished, they are stacked and folded individually to create a holding effect that serves to press and hold the loaded cables. The safety shelf has a plurality of pillars made of round rods cut into relatively short dimensions planted around the upper surface of the outer box, and these pillars have round rods cut into relatively short dimensions. The legs of the safety frame body, which is bent into a substantially rectangular frame shape, are foldably connected by pivot pins, and the safety frame body is pulled up and attached to the support column, and the support tube is loosely fitted to the support column so as to be movable up and down. By holding the outer box upright, a safety shelf is formed around the top surface of the outer box, ensuring safety when workers work on the mobile transformer, and when work is finished, the safety frame can be placed in the shape of a box frame. The present invention is characterized in that the cable is folded and loaded on the outer box and serves as a cable holder to prevent the cable from slipping off due to vibrations or the like during movement of the vehicle.

Therefore, when the leg e is pulled up vertically from the state shown in FIG. 7 as shown in FIG. 8, the support tube 13 also rises while being locked by the locking pin 10. In this state, as shown in FIG. 8, the support tube 13 is pushed up a little in its axial direction, rotated clockwise, and the body of the locking pin 10 and the entrance edge of the hook hole 14 are aligned, and the support tube 13 is When the support tube 13 is released from the locking pin 10, the support tube 13 is released from the locking pin 10 and falls, and is held by the stopper seat 12 of the support column i as shown in FIG. As a result, the connecting portion between the leg e and the support column i is covered by the support tube 13, and the connecting portion of the leg e is accommodated in the support tube 13, so the leg e remains vertical without being tilted. The raised safety frame d can be held vertically on the support column i via the support cylinder 13. In this way, the remaining safety frames c, b, and a are also raised in sequence,
Remove the support tube 13 from the locking pin 10, lower the support tube 13 so that it covers the joint between the leg part e and the support column i, and hold each safety frame c, b, and a upright so that they do not fall. By doing so, a safety fence 9 is formed on the upper surface of the outer box 6. Each safety frame a
After raising ~d, the worker climbs onto the upper surface F of the outer box 6, and closes the gap by passing the chain 15 between the guide frames a~d. In this state, a bypass cable connected to the high voltage side of the mobile transformer 7 is fed out from the winding drum 4 loaded on the vehicle 1 by the delivery arm 3, and this cable is connected to a healthy section outside the construction zone. The bypass cable (not shown) is connected to the bypass cable of the vehicle, and then the low-voltage cable 8 loaded on the upper surface F of the outer box 6 of the mobile transformer 7 is fed out by a feeding device (not shown) attached to the vehicle 1, and is fed into a predetermined position. The line will be connected to the low voltage side of the pole transformer to continue supplying customers without power outage, while the line switch in the construction zone will be opened to ensure that there is no voltage in the construction zone. In this way, when delivering the bypass cable or low-voltage cable 8 from the vehicle 1, or when checking the progress of construction, the worker climbs onto the outer box 6 of the mobile transformer 7 and gives work and instructions. If so, outer box 6
A safety fence 9 is installed around the upper surface F at a height that almost matches the waist height of the worker, so that the worker can work safely without worrying about falling down.
