[Background Art and Problems Therein] Conventionally, some endoscopes that have been commercially available have a waterproof structure only at the insertion portion, and others have a waterproof structure entirely. In the former case, only the insertion section is placed in a spiral shape inside the processing tank of the washer/disinfector, and the cleaning solution is first sprayed from a rotating spray nozzle to clean it, and then a disinfectant chemical solution is poured into the processing tank to sterilize it. Disinfect the insertion tube by immersing it in the solution. In the latter case, the entire endoscope is placed in a processing tank and cleaned and disinfected.

However, in the case of the former type of endoscope, in which only the insertion part can be immersed, there are parts of the insertion part that cannot be immersed in the disinfectant solution, especially the folding part for connecting to the operating part. It was not possible to disinfect this folding part.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 1, the endoscope 6 consists of an operating section 9 and an elongated insertion section 11. The insertion portion 11 has a snapping portion 12 on its proximal end side,
It is connected to the operating section 9 via this folding portion 12 . Further, a light guide universal cord 13 is connected to the operation section 9. A connector (not shown) is attached to the extending end of the light guide universal cord 13, and this connector has a cap (not shown) that communicates with the air pipe and water pipe of the endoscope 6, respectively. It is provided. As shown in FIG. 1, this endoscope 6 is fixed by attaching its operating section 9 to the operating section fixing device 4 outside the cleaning/disinfecting tank 2.

On the other hand, a rotary cylinder 15 is provided at the center of the cleaning/disinfecting tank 2, and a nozzle arm 17 having a cleaning nozzle 16 attached to its tip protrudes from the rotary cylinder 15. Then, while rotating the rotary tube 15, cleaning liquid is jetted from the cleaning nozzle 16 onto the insertion section 11 of the endoscope 6, thereby cleaning the endoscope 6. In addition, cleaning disinfection tank 2
A chemical solution injection nozzle 18, a water injection nozzle 19, and a plurality of supply ports 21 are provided on the left side platform inside. The chemical solution injection nozzle 18 is used to inject disinfectant into the cleaning and disinfecting tank 2 during disinfection, and the water injection nozzle 19 is used to inject water into the cleaning and disinfecting tank 2 when inspecting the endoscope for leakage points. It is used to inject and immerse the endoscope.
Furthermore, the supply ports 21 supply cleaning water and disinfectant depending on the time of cleaning or disinfection. That is, the supply ports 21 are connected to respective supply tubes (not shown) to supply cleaning water and disinfectant to various channels of the endoscope through the supply tubes. However, when this supply port 21 is used, unlike the endoscope 6 mentioned above, the endoscope has a waterproof structure as a whole, and the entire endoscope is installed in the cleaning disinfection tank 2 and cleaned. Used for things that need to be disinfected. Also,
In this case, the supply tube is connected via a cup (not shown) to the cylinder from which the piston of each switching valve of the operating section is removed. In addition, each supply port 21... is provided with a fastening tool 22..., respectively,
It is designed to attach to the connector on the supply tube side.

Furthermore, a nozzle mouth body 23 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 can be detachably attached to the supply ports 21. This nozzle mouth body 23 has a fitting part 24 that is inserted into the supply 21, and around the base end of the fitting part 24, an annular groove 25 is formed for fitting the above-mentioned fastening tool 22. ing. A spray port 26 is formed on the head side circumference of the nozzle mouth body 23, and a disinfectant solution is sprayed from the spray port 26. Therefore, if this nozzle mouth body 23 is attached to any of the supply ports 21 and the direction of the injection port 26 is selected, the folding stopper in the insertion section 11 of the endoscope 6 installed as shown in FIG. 12. Then, if the disinfectant is sprayed from the injection port 26, the above-mentioned folding part 1
Sprayed on 2. Note that this nozzle mouth body 23
A chain 27 is attached to the nozzle mouth body 23, and when the nozzle mouth body 23 is not in use, it is hooked onto the upper front end of the device main body 1, as shown in FIG. 2, to prevent it from being lost.

Therefore, when cleaning and disinfecting the endoscope 6 of a type in which only the insertion portion 11 is cleaned and disinfected, the endoscope 6 of that type is first installed as shown in FIG. That is, while the insertion section 11 is installed inside the cleaning and disinfecting tank 2, the operating section 9 is attached to the operating section fixing device 4 outside the cleaning and disinfecting tank 2. Furthermore, the supply port 8 is connected to the base of the connector at the extending end of the light guide universal cord 13 through the supply tube to supply cleaning liquid and disinfectant to the air pipe and water pipe of the endoscope 6. Make it possible to send it.

Therefore, the user first operates the operation panel 3 to start the cleaning operation. As a result, the rotating tube 15 rotates and the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the cleaning nozzle 16, thereby cleaning the insertion portion 11. The washing liquid flowing down is discharged from the discharge port 29. Further, a cleaning liquid is sent into the channel of the endoscope 6 from the supply ports 8 to clean the inside thereof. This cleaning liquid
The water is discharged from the tip nozzle 1 into the cleaning/disinfecting tank 2.

Next, after this cleaning, the disinfection process begins. In other words,
The discharge port 29 is closed, and a disinfecting chemical solution is injected into the cleaning/disinfecting tank 2 from the chemical solution injection nozzle 18. Then, the insertion portion 11 is immersed in this chemical solution. In addition, the chemical solution is also sent from the supply port 8... to the endoscope 6.
Disinfect the inside of the channel. Disinfection is performed in this manner, and further, the chemical solution is sprayed through the nozzle mouth body 23 attached to one of the supply ports 21, and the chemical solution is sprayed onto the folding part 12 which is not fully immersed in the chemical solution. In this case, it is not necessarily necessary to continue injecting continuously.
