この考案は、内視鏡における鉗子チヤンネル用
アダプタに関するものであつて、詳しくは鉗子チ
ヤンネルの手許側開口部に装着され、鉗子チヤン
ネルを吸引用等として兼用できるようにしたアダ

(従来の技術)

操作部に開口があり、この開口部にアダプタを取
り付けて上記種々の作用に利用されるものであ
る。このアダプタの一例としては、本件出願人
が、昭和59年1月11日に実用新案登録出願した実
願昭59−1362号(実開昭60−116301号公報)にて
開示されたものが実用化されている。このような
アダプタは、鉗子挿入口自体が、手指による開閉
で吸引を制御する吸引制御口を兼用しているもの

ヤンネル用アダプタを、添付図面に示した一実施

第1図乃至第3図において、符号1は接眼部

ル部を彎曲制御する操作レバー4等を備えた内視
鏡の手許操作部を示す。この手許操作部1の上側
面には、上記挿入部に展設された周知の鉗子チヤ
ンネルの手許側開口部5が設けられている。そし
て、この手許側開口部5には、この考案に係わる
アダプタ10が着脱自在に装着される。このアダ
プタ10は、第1図と第2図との比較で明白なよ
うに、開口部5内に嵌入される嵌入部11と、本
体部12及び図示せぬ周知の吸引器にフレキシブ
ルなパイプ20を介して接続されるパイプ接続部
13とから構成されている。このアダプタ10
は、第1図に示すように嵌入接続された際に、そ
の開口部5の軸芯と一致する鉗子挿入用ガイド孔
14が貫通形成されている。このガイド孔14に
は、その上端側に注射筒の注入口部の外周テーパ
に嵌合する第1のテーパ14a、この第1のテー
パ14aよりも勾配の大きい第2のテーパ14b
及びこの第2のテーパ14bの最大内径よりも大
きい口径に形成された鉗子栓取付口14cが設け
られている。上記第2のテーパ14bには、上記
パイプ接続部13に連通形成された連通口14d
が設けられている。上記嵌入部11の外周には、
上記開口部5内に嵌入された際に液密に嵌合する
ためのO−リング15及び抜け止め用にクリツク
係合するC型クリツクバネ16が設けられててい
ると共に開口部5の凹状切欠き5aと係合し回動
阻止する係合ピン17が設けられている。上記パ
イプ接続部13の途中には、手指によつて直接開
閉できる通気口18が設けられている。第4図に
おいて、符号30は、鉗子栓であり、この鉗子栓

と、アダプタ10のフランジ19に係合する係合

えることなくその手の指が十分に届く範囲に手指
により開閉操作される通気口を設けたために操作
