患部を観察しながら生検操作をすることが本質的
に困難であるという実用上における重大な欠陥が

左手でも、また右手でも操作可能な如く、内視鏡
における手許操作部本体に開口せしめられた鉗子
チヤンネルの開口部に装着する鉗子挿入口形成用
管を略く字形に屈曲し、その基部を手許操作部本
体に開口せしめられた鉗子チヤンネルの開口部に
回動可能に装着し、鉗子挿入口形成用管の鉗子挿
入口となる開口部の位置を変位可能となすことに
より、操作者が右利きであるか、または左利きで
あるかによつて適宜に操作しやすいように鉗子挿
入口形成用管の方向を変えて微妙な操作を容易に
可能ならしめると共に、生検操作を行なう手によ
る観察の妨害を未然に防止して正確な処置を行な
うことを可能ならしめるものである。

水口、ライトガイドの接続部等が配設されてい
る。しかして、鉗子挿入口形成用管3は、その開
口部5の位置が変位可能となされており、第1図
に示す如く、鉗子挿入口形成用管3の開口部5が
手許操作部本体1の軸方向に沿つて見た場合に左
方に向くように鉗子挿入口形成用管3の開口部5
の位置を変位せしめると、左利きの操作者が手許
操作部本体1を右手で保持しながら右指にて操作
杆4を操作し、図示省略の彎曲管部の彎曲操作を
行ない、しかも左手で鉗子6の操作を容易に行な
えることとなり、第2図に示す如く、鉗子挿入口
形成用管3の開口部5が手許操作部本体1の軸方
向に沿つて見た場合に右方に向くように鉗子挿入
口形成用管3の開口部5の位置を変位せしめる
と、右利きの操作者が手許操作部本体1を左手で
保持しながら左指にて操作杆4を操作し、図示省
略の彎曲管部の彎曲操作を行ない、しかも右手で
鉗子6の操作を容易に行なえることとなる。この
ようにして、操作者が右利きであるか、左利きで
あるかによつて適宜に鉗子挿入口形成用管3の方
向を変換することができるので、利き腕の手首を
不自然に曲げることなく、操作の最も行ない易い
状態に保つことが可能であり、しかも鉗子の操作
により観察が妨害されないが故に、微妙な操作を
要する生検操作を迅速、かつ正確に行なうことが
できる。

ことを可能ならしめ、患者の苦痛を軽減せしめ得
る実用上における優れた有用性を有する。
