の外側を覆うように設けられたボデイ部と、 上記ベースプレートの外周に沿つて等間隔に設
けられて、先端が上記ボデイ部に外側から衝合し
て孔を中心位置に付勢するスプリング機構と、 上記ベースプレートをボデイ部上で横方向に摺
動可能に支持するスラスト軸受と、 上記ボデイ部と一体に形成されて上記シヤフト
側外歯部より上方位置の内周に形成されたボデイ
側内歯部と、 上記シヤフト部に下端が載置されて、上記ボデ
イ側内歯部に上部に形成された外歯部が噛合し、
上記シヤフト側外歯部に下部に形成された内歯部
が噛合する略円筒状のフローテイングギアとから
