- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) Ｘ軸粗動ステージ部とＹ軸粗動ステージ部
と微動機構部を積み重ねて構成し、前記Ｘ軸ステ
ージ部では固定基台に配設されたＸ軸モータと前
記Ｙ軸ステージ部のＹ軸ステージベースの下面に
設けられたスライダを摩擦駆動で関係付け、前記
Ｙ軸ステージ部では前記Ｙ軸ステージベースに配
設されたＹ軸モータとＹ軸テーブルの下面に設け
られたスライダを摩擦駆動で関係付け、前記微動
機構部は前記Ｙ軸テーブルに設けられている粗微
動併用位置決めステージにおいて、 前記Ｙ軸モータはその大部分が下段の前記Ｘ軸
ステージ部のスペースに配置され、前記微動機構
部はその大部分が下段の前記Ｙ軸ステージ部のス
ペースに配置されるようにしたことを特徴とする
粗微動併用位置決めステージ。 (2) 請求項１記載の粗微動併用位置決めステー
ジにおいて、前記Ｙ軸ステージベースに孔を形成
しこの孔に前記Ｙ軸モータを配設し、前記Ｙ軸テ
ーブルに孔を形成しこの孔に前記微動機構部を配
