[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Technical Field] The present invention provides excellent heat insulation and makes ceiling construction easier by attaching a ceiling base material in which perforations are arranged in parallel to the edge material that spans the ceiling. This article relates to a ceiling structure that can improve efficiency.

In particular, for the ceilings of prefabricated houses, conventionally, as shown in Figure 6, a ceiling base material a is nailed to a edging material b, and a ceiling finishing material c is attached to the underside of the material. Wooden materials such as plywood were used for the ceiling base material a. However, such wood materials are expensive, have low heat insulation properties, and are heavy, making it difficult to lift them, resulting in poor workability. Note that increasing the thickness to improve heat insulation becomes more expensive and also impedes workability.

Furthermore, such a ceiling base material a easily absorbs moisture, and in order to prevent this, it is necessary to install a moisture-proof sheet d between it and the ceiling material b, or to attach a moisture-proof sheet d to the ceiling base material a in advance. There was also the inconvenience of using damp-proof plywood etc.

The ceiling panel P has vertical and horizontal frame members 1 inside an outer frame made by joining the vertical and horizontal outer frame members 15 and 16 into a rectangular shape.
7 and 19 are arranged in a lattice shape with their lower surfaces aligned and the lengths between their respective center lines being equal pitches, and the ceiling panel P spans between the walls and extends over the ceiling. Note that the frame members 15, 16, 17, and 19 constitute the edging material 3, respectively.

The ceiling base material 4 has the above-mentioned structure between a thin flat upper piece 7 along the plane of the edge material 3 and a thin flat lower piece 9 disposed below the upper piece with a gap between them. By providing the separating piece 10 that separates the gap, the through-hole portions 5 surrounded by the upper piece 7, the lower piece 9, and the separating piece 10 are arranged side by side. In this example, ceiling base material 4
The length and width are set to integral multiples of the pitch of the field edge material 3.

The ceiling base material 4 is attached to the lower surface of the edging material 3. When installing, attach the edges to each field edge material 3.
Position it on the center line and fix it using nails, etc. In addition, the ceiling base material 4 has translucency in this example, and therefore, in addition to the edge, the edge material 3 covered by the ceiling base material 4
can also be seen through, and nails or the like can be driven correctly into the edge material 3 without the need for marking.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the ceiling base material 4 has, for example, an upper piece 7A slightly curved outward, a lower piece 9A, and separating pieces 10A, 10A, and has a through hole 5 inside. A tubular body 4A having a partitioning piece 1
By joining 0A adjacently, the formed plate-like body can also be used. In this ceiling base material 4, an upper piece 7A and a lower piece 9A are connected to form an upper piece 7 and a lower piece 9, and partition pieces 10A and 10A are combined to form a partition piece 10.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, a flat upper piece 7,
It can also be formed into a so-called corrugated board-shaped piece with a corrugated plate bent between the lower pieces 9 in a wave shape and brought into contact with the upper piece 7 and the lower piece 9 to form a separating piece 10 therebetween. Moreover, at this time, it is also possible to have a plurality of structures in which a corrugated plate is further placed, and an upper piece 7 and a lower piece 9 are added. Moreover, the ceiling base material 4 can also be used by laminating a plurality of sheets.

By pasting in this way, the elongation of the ceiling base material 4 due to temperature rise can be released as upward warpage, and the ceiling base material 4 made of synthetic resin can be bonded to the ceiling base material 4. This prevents distortion of the ceiling finishing material 6 that occurs when the ceiling finishing material 6 made of gypsum board or the like having a smaller thermal expansion coefficient is attached over the entire surface.

The ceiling finishing material 6 can also be fixed to the ceiling base material 4 using nails, screws, etc., or an adhesive can be used in addition to the nails and screws. It is also good to use double-sided adhesive tape.

However, in the structure of the ceiling part of the present invention, a ceiling part straddling the surrounding wall surface can be formed by sequentially attaching the ceiling base material 4 to the lower surface of the edge material 3 and attaching the ceiling finishing material 6 to the lower surface thereof. Therefore, the through holes 5 of the end surfaces of the ceiling base materials 4, 4 are substantially closed, and a closed air layer is interposed inside to improve heat insulation.

In addition, the conventional plywood ceiling base material a and the through hole part 5
As a result of comparing the insulation performance with the ceiling base material 4 according to the present invention, which is installed in parallel with the ceiling base material 4 with a thickness of 3 mm,
It has been found that the insulation performance is almost the same as that of the 10.5 mm thick ceiling base material a, and it is therefore clear that the structure of the present invention can easily improve the insulation performance compared to the conventional structure.

In this way, the structure of the ceiling part of the present invention is such that a ceiling base material made of synthetic resin material and having perforations arranged in parallel is attached to the lower surface of the frame material, and therefore, it is possible to replace the conventionally used wooden materials such as plywood. Compared to the case of using a conventional ceiling base material, it is possible to improve heat insulation and moisture resistance, and it is also lightweight and easy to install. Furthermore, a moisture-proof sheet can be omitted, and many other effects can be achieved, such as excellent economic efficiency.
