Claims (1)
- 脱脂処理工程を終了した車体を吊持搬送しなが
らスプレーによつて前記車体に洗浄水を噴射して
水洗する車体の塗装前処理装置において、前記車
体を吊持搬送する搬送路の途中に設けられた洗浄
水貯溜槽と、この洗浄水貯溜槽の洗浄水を前記ス
プレーに供給する循環ポンプと、前記搬送路に沿
つて設けられスプレーによる洗浄後の洗浄水を前
記洗浄水貯溜槽に集流する傾斜プレートと、この
傾斜プレートの傾斜下端側に着脱可能に設けられ
傾斜プレート上を流れる洗浄水に含有する塵埃を
捕捉するフイルタとを具備したことを特徴とする
車体の塗装前処理装置。
