【考案の詳細な説明】 〔考案の技術分野〕 本考案は、ウエイト部材を定位置に固定せしめ
得ると共に成形時におけるヘツド本体の重量調整
が容易なゴルフクラブヘツドに関する。

ツド)、ヘツドの重量調整のためのウエイト部材
(重量調整部材)を一体成形時にヘツド本体内に
埋設する加工は複雑であり、かつ、ヘツド成形時
ならびに打球時のウエイト部材のヘツド本体内部
での安定性に問題があつた。

とがなく、更に成形時におけるヘツド本体の重量
調整を容易に行うことが出来るゴルフクラブヘツ
ドを提供することを目的とするものである。

に、炭素繊維強化プラスチツクを主材とした外殻
を一体的に成形し、前記コアの成形時に、比重の
大きい粒状の金属製ウエイト部材を配設して一体
的に成形したことを要旨とするものである。

14 重量部、パーオキサイド2.5重量部等からな
るものを用いればよい(特開昭60−232180号)。
さらに、シンタクチツクフオームを用いることが
できる。シンタクチツクフオームとしては、例え
ば、TETRAD−X(三菱瓦斯化学)31.7重量部、
無水メチルハイミツク酸 68.3 重量部、ガラス
バルーン 28.7 重量部からなるものを用いれば
よい(特開昭60−122580号)。
