図中、20は筺体、21は金属薄膜、22は導
体、23はヒータ、24は乾燥剤、26は抵抗値
検出装置である。

進するために前記金属薄膜を加熱する加熱手段と
、 前記金属薄膜に接続され、前記ガス封入電気機
器の外部へ気密的に導出された導体と、 前記ガス封入電気機器の外部で前記導体に接続
され、前記金属薄膜の抵抗値の変化を検出する抵
