進するために前記金属薄膜を加熱する加熱手段と
、 前記金属薄膜に接続され、前記ガス封入電気機
器の外部へ気密的に導出された導体と、 前記ガス封入電気機器の外部で前記導体に接続
され、前記金属薄膜の抵抗値の変化を検出する抵
抗値検出手段と、 を具備するガス封入電気機器用ガス監視装置。
