Claims (1)
縁基板に貫通孔を設けるとともにこの貫通孔はその周辺
部を一方の上記対向電極に電極パターンを形成し電気的
接続されるようにし、上記貫通孔により上記絶縁基板を
取付は台にビス締めまたはかしめによって固定するとと
もにそのビスまたはかしめ部分が外部用リード線を兼ね
