(Problems to be solved by the invention) Therefore, in the conventional video screen,
Regarding images, if the stars projected on the screen are smaller than the 12mm diameter hole, they will pass through the hole, limiting the number of stars that can be projected. Furthermore, the projected light also passes through the through holes, making the image screen dark. Furthermore, the metal perforated plate has no holes at its ends, and the pitch of the holes at the joints is different, making it difficult to see the screen as one piece.

As for acoustics, since metal perforated plates are used, only high-frequency sounds are absorbed, resulting in short reverberation time and poor quality sound. In addition, if the hole diameter of the metal perforated plate is increased, the number of stars projected will decrease, so it is not possible to increase the hole diameter to 12 mm or more.
The sound absorption effect is also not good. Also, since the speaker sound is emitted from the video screen surface, considering the sound absorption effect, the only option was to use a metal perforated plate.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been proposed in order to solve these problems, and the present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-mentioned problems. A board made of a fibrous material with a nonwoven fabric layered on the surface is attached to the surface of the base board, covering the entire surface of the screen, and is pasted in a transparent manner so that there is a gap between the boards. This relates to a video screen characterized by the following.

(Function) and (Effects of the Invention) As described above, the video screen according to the present invention has a plate made of a fibrous material with a nonwoven fabric layered on the surface, which is disposed over the entire surface of the screen. There are no holes in the screen surface, so even the small stars being projected are projected onto the screen surface, making it possible to project a large number of stars. In addition, the projected light is no longer absorbed by the holes, making the image surface brighter. , the image becomes clearer. Furthermore, since the bonded part of the image surface is not noticeable, the image surface appears as one piece, and natural space can be reproduced.

In addition, in the present invention, as mentioned above, the reverberation time in the high frequency range can be improved by making the board, which is disposed over the entire surface of the screen and whose surface is layered with nonwoven fabric, from a suitable material such as glass wool. It will be longer and the sound quality will be better. In addition, the screen base board to which a plate made of a fibrous material with a nonwoven fabric layered on the surface is attached is arranged so that there is a gap between adjacent base boards on the base material constituting the framework of the video screen. Since it is attached in a transparent manner, a curved surface such as a spherical surface can be easily formed by adjusting the mounting interval of the base board. Further, since the screen base board is composed of a plate made of a fibrous material with a nonwoven fabric layered on the surface, it easily conforms to the base board and can form a curved surface without irregularities.

In addition, the board is made of a material such as glass wool, and a nonwoven fabric is layered on the surface of the board, and the board is disposed on the base material over the entire surface of the screen,
The sound absorption coefficient can also be freely changed by adjusting the thickness of the material of the same plate, such as glass wool. Furthermore, even if a speaker is installed on the back side of the video screen, by pasting the non-woven fabric,
Since the finish is the same as other video screen surfaces, the image will not change.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, instead of using a metal perforated plate as in the past, a fibrous material with a nonwoven fabric layered on the surface of a lightweight board arranged in a mesh pattern on a screen base is used. The video screen is constructed by attaching lightweight boards made of materials such as Along with the cost, construction costs are also significantly reduced.

Next, a glass wool board 5 having a nonwoven fabric 4 layered on its surface is attached to the surface of the gypsum board 2 or perforated board over the entire surface of the screen to form a video screen. Note that the glass wool board 5 to which the nonwoven fabric 4 is attached is pasted in a butted manner, and the butted portions are blended together so that there is no misalignment.

In the illustrated embodiment, as described above, the glass wool board 5 with the nonwoven fabric 4 layered on its surface is attached to the surface of the gypsum board 2 or the perforated board over the entire screen surface. There are no holes in the screen surface, so the small stars that are projected are also visible, and the irradiated light is not absorbed through the holes, making the screen brighter and the image clearer. In addition, since the bonded part of the image surface is not noticeable, the image surface appears as one, and natural space can be reproduced.

In addition, by utilizing the characteristics of the material of the glass wool board 5, the high frequency range becomes longer and the sound quality improves, and the sound absorption coefficient can also be adjusted by adjusting the spacing between the plasterboards 2 or the perforated boards. Furthermore, even if a speaker is attached to the back side of the video screen, by pasting the nonwoven fabric 4 on, it can be finished to be the same as other video screens, and the video will not change.

Moreover, since the nonwoven fabric 4 can be colored freely,
Coloring can be selected depending on the purpose of projection, for example, planetarium or general images. Furthermore, there is no need for on-site painting work, making it possible to shorten the process, and furthermore, the video screen appears to be much softer than when it is made of a metal plate.
