Claims (1)
前記情報記録媒体に対する情報の記録、再生をレ
ーザーを用いて行う光学ヘツド、とを有し、記憶
装置として用いられる光記録再生装置または光磁
気記録再生装置（以下、該光記録再生装置または
光磁気記録再生装置を記録再生装置という）をホ
ストコンピユータとして用いられるパーソナルコ
ンピユータに接続して構成される情報処理装置に
おいて、 前記情報記録媒体を記録再生手段上に位置づけ
る機能と該光記録再生装置外に排出する機能を具
備した情報記録媒体挿入排出機構と、情報記録媒
体の半径方向の指定トラツク位置に光学ヘツドを
移送してなる光学ヘツド駆動機構と前記情報記録
媒体を回転させるデイスクモートルを粘弾性体、
又はそして弾性体で支持するとともに、さらに情
報媒体挿入排出口を蓋で開閉するケース内に収納
し、封止してなり、 前記記録再生装置またはパーソナルコンピユー
タの制御部に、前記記録再生装置におけるアクセ
ス時間や、平均回転待時間、シーク時間、データ
転送時間等の前記アクセス時間の内訳や、前記記
録再生装置における周囲温度や、制御基板上にお
けるサービス用チエツクポイントでの検出値、前
記記録再生装置の光学ヘツドにおけるレザーパワ
ー出力や、その反射レベル等の性能関係情報の全
部又は一部を、一定期間ごとに検出記憶し、該性
能関係情報に演算を施して性能回復限界値を予測
して、読み出した前記性能関係出力情報及び前記
性能回復限界値に応じて、前記制御部を制御して
、性能回復時間内にメンテナンスを行うよう指示
するメンテナンス情報を出力させることを特徴と
する光デイスク記録再生装置。 ２ 請求項１に記載の光デイスク記録再生におい
て、前記パーソナルコンピユータに入力装置、出
力装置及び外部記憶装置を接続すると共に、前記
記録再生装置は、一定期間ごとに検出した前記性
能関係情報の全部又は一部を、前記記録再生装置
又は前記外部記憶装置にも記憶し、前記入力装置
のキー操作による指示によつて、記憶した前記性
能関係情報を前記出力装置に出力するようにした
ことを特徴とする光デイスク記録再生装置。 ３ 請求項１又は２に記載の光デイスク記録再生
装置において、前記光学ヘツドにおけるレーザー
の出力レベル及び／または反射レベルを検出する
検出部及び検出部にて検出されたレベルと特定の
レベルとを記憶する記憶部をそれぞれ具備した信
号再生部と、前記検出部にて検出された前記レベ
ルと特定の前記レベルを定期的に前記記録再生装
置またはパーソナルコンピユータの制御部に、前
記性能関係情報の一部として伝達する伝達手段と
