[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to the exterior walls of buildings and structures, particularly to exterior wall structures in which ceramic exterior wall materials are stretched vertically or horizontally. [Prior art] Generally, for exterior walls constructed with ceramic exterior wall materials (hereinafter simply referred to as boards), a waterproof sheet is laid on the main pillars and studs, and a vertical or horizontal rim is fixed on top of the waterproof sheet. It had a structure in which the board was nailed onto the edge. Furthermore, in order to form a terraced outer wall using conventional boards of this kind, the boards themselves had to be formed into a special structure, and simple members such as flat boards could not be used. [Problems that the invention aims to solve] In an exterior wall structure using such boards, only a 500 g/m 2 waterproof sheet and a thin asphalt felt are interposed between the boards and the frame, and the boards are hard, so there are no joints. However, the problem was that gaps were likely to form in the mounting part and lacked heat insulation properties. In addition, the board was disadvantageous in that the waterproof sheet was often damaged during construction, and its waterproof properties were poor. Furthermore, since the waterproof sheet covers the entire structure, it is not easy to determine the installation position of the board. In addition, the board has high thermal conductivity and is prone to condensation, and since the waterproof sheet is perforated with nails, there was an undesirable phenomenon in which the condensed water corroded the structure. Furthermore, one more
First, the board was vulnerable to impact, so if the board were to be destroyed, the structure would be directly exposed through the thin waterproof sheet, making it a major weakness in terms of wind, rain, and crime prevention. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention lays and fixes a base plate with a mortar composition formed in a stepped manner on the outside of the frame such as main columns and studs, and The purpose of this project is to construct an external wall structure with a flat type board on top of the wall, which is highly insulating, waterproof, easy to construct, corrosion resistant, and highly sensitive. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of the outer wall structure according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing the outer wall structure according to the present invention. 1 is a board made of china clay made of chinastone, feldspar, clay, kaolin, etc., or cement, alkali-resistant water-soluble polymer, and if necessary, asbestos, An inorganic raw material made of a mixture of silica, glass fiber, carbon fiber, whiskers, etc. is molded by extrusion molding, pressing, etc., and formed into an arbitrary shape through at least one step of drying, steam curing, and firing. It is something. The shape of the board 1 is, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, in which male and female connecting portions 2 and 3 are provided on both sides of a long board in the longitudinal direction. Note that the end 1a of the board 1 has a shape as shown in FIGS.
A waterproof auxiliary part 4 such as a groove or a protrusion may be provided, and caulking material or joint material 5 may be planted therein as required. 6 is the joint, 7 is the frame consisting of the main pillars and studs, 8 is the nail, and 9 is the mortar base plate. Further, to explain in detail the mortar base plate 9 , as shown in FIG. Stepped cement mortar layer 1
2 was formed. Moreover, the mortar base plate 9 may be a commercially available product, and the size is 900 mm x 1800 mm x
(4 to 12 mm). The mortar base plate 9 allows nails 8 to be driven easily, is waterproof, is suitable for constructing the board 1 in a stepped manner, and also functions as a reinforcing material. Note that the substrate 10 may be waterproofed gypsum board, waterproofed calcium carbonate board, calcium silicate board, slate,
It consists of one type of gypsum slag board, GRC board, or waterproof plywood. In addition, the cement mortar layer 12
The base surface 12a is formed with an inclined base surface 12a that ranges from one level to multiple levels (three levels in the figure), and its material is a mixture of cement, sand, synthetic resin emulsion, or styrene resin particles. Use it as aggregate, mix portland cement with it,
It is made of one type of material, such as a lightweight cement layer made by adding acrylic resin and water to harden it. Incidentally, the slope θ 1 of the base surface 12a is about 5~
The angle is about 30°. Next, the construction method of the external wall structure according to the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, a mortar base plate 9 is laid and fixed on the outside of the frame 7 with the surface facing outward to form a base. At this time, the ends of the mortar base plates 9 are brought into close contact with each other, and a joint material, a waterproof sealing material, and a tape material are planted at the joints as necessary. next,
The board 1 is fixed horizontally from the base (not shown) toward the eaves with nails 8 as shown in FIG. Note that the n-th board 1 contacts the base surface 12a of the mortar base plate 9, and fixes the male connecting portion 2 of the board 1 to the frame 7 with nails 8 , and then
The female connecting portion 3 of the +1st board 1 is attached to the male connecting portion 2 of the nth board 1 as shown in FIG. Therefore, in order to form the outer wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the foundation toward the eaves. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the outer wall structure according to the present invention, and as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to form a protrusion 12b on a and use it as a stopper and guide. Also, board 1 is the 6th
It can also be formed as shown in Figures a to e. Note that FIGS. 6a to 6e show a board 1 provided with a hollow hole 1b. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the exterior wall structure according to the present invention, a mortar base plate with excellent waterproofness, heat insulation, and workability is interposed between the frame and the boards, so these performances of the exterior wall are better than before. It has significantly improved features compared to . Furthermore, the board does not damage the base when it is installed, and it has the advantage of being very easy to install. Furthermore, even if there are gaps in the joints or joints of the boards, the mortar base plate blocks leakage into the structure, wind blowing, and changes in airflow due to atmospheric pressure. Another feature is that a stepped outer wall can be easily formed using flat type boards.
