空間毎に各色のスラリー状化した化粧料を流し込
み、仕切を外した状態で固型化させる方法とかが
知られている。 〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 而して、上述した従来技術によれば、複数色の
固型油性化粧料を容器内の横方向に配列して充填
することは可能であるが、容器内の縦方向に層状
に充填することには、次のような問題がある。 即ち、流し込み方法によつて層状に充填するた
めには、容器内にスラリー状化した各色の油性化
粧料を流し込み、固型化する工程を順次繰返すこ
とになるが、例えばA色油性化粧料の充填層の上
にスラリー状化したB色油性化粧料を流し込んだ
場合、該B色固型油性化粧料は円滑に流動できな
いために、所望の厚さを有する均一な充填層に成
型できないことである。 本発明は上述した従来技術の欠点に鑑みなされ
たもので、複数色の固型油性化粧料を容器内に縦
方向に積層でき、しかも各層を所望の厚さからな
る均一の層に成型できると共に、使用に伴なつて
各色の固型油性化粧料が年輪或いは“めのう”石
の模様が表われる結果、使用者に斬新な印象を与
えることができるようにした多色層状固型油性化
粧料の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 上述した問題点を解決するために本発明が採用
する手段は、複数色の固型油性化粧料基剤を揮発
性溶剤又は加熱手段によつて複数色のスラリー状
物となし、該各色のスラリー状物を容器内に噴霧
し固型化する工程を順次繰返すことからなる。 〔発明の具体的説明〕 本発明で用いる固型油性化粧料基剤は、例えば
流動パラフイン、合成エステル油、オリーブ油等
の液状油、固型パラフイン、木ロウ、ミツロウ、
カルナウバロウ等の固型原料及びメイクアツプ化
粧料を製造する場合の顔料或いは固型香水を製造
する場合の香料等からなる。 本発明に用いる揮発性溶剤は沸点200℃以下の
ものであるが、常温揮散が可能である沸点30〜
100℃程度のものが好ましい。揮発性溶剤として
は、トリクロロトリフルオロエタン(昭和電工(株)
