本考案はブレーキ部品のテスト装置に関し、よ
り詳細には再生後のデイスクブレーキ用キヤリパ
ーやエアブレーキ用ブレーキチヤンバのごときブ
レーキ作動部品を実際の使用状況に近似した状態
にて気密又は液密性能をテストできる装置に関す

従来、ブレーキシステムをオーバーホールする

キ用キヤリパー1を車輌より取外し、該キヤリパ
ーよりピストン2を取出してシール3を交換後、
再び該キヤリパー1を車輌に組付け、車輌を実際
に走行させながらオペレータがブレーキペダルを
くり返し踏込むことにより再生キヤリパーの良否
判別を行つていた。このため、再生キヤリパーに
油洩れ等の異常を発見した場合には、再びキヤリ
パーを車輌より取外し分解修理した後再度車輌に
組付けてテストしなければならず、多大の時間と

ダの圧油出口に接続されかつ他端を車輌等より取
外した再生ブレーキ部品の圧油入口に接続可能な
導管と;該導管に設けられた油圧計とからなり;
再生ブレーキ部品からの圧油の洩れを直接目視検
査することにより又は該油圧計の読みにより該再
生ブレーキ部品の良否を判別するものであり、ブ
レーキ部品を再生後、車輌等に組付る以前に実際
の使用状況に近似した状態で該再生ブレーキ部品
の良否を判別できるようにしたことを特徴とす

時間の間所定時間間隔で間欠作動つまり開閉せし
めるべくコントロールするタイマー、7は電磁弁
5に接続パイプ8を介して接続された車輌ブレー
キ用のマスタシリンダ、9は該マスタシリンダ7
のオイルリザーバ、1はマスタシリンダ7に接続
パイプ或は導管10を介して接続されたテストさ
れるべき再生キヤリパー、11はパイプ10に接

を再生キヤリパー1に送り出す。すなわち、例え
ば、タイマー部6a,6bおよび6cをそれぞれ
1時間、3秒および2秒に設定すれば電磁弁5は
3秒間開放した後2秒間閉止する動作を1時間繰
返し、その結果マスタシリンダ7およびキヤリパ
ー1には同様に3秒加圧2秒開放の動作の繰返し
が行われ、1時間の間に700回余りの動作テスト
を繰返すことができる。該テストの結果はピスト
ン2付近の摺動部分等の油洩れを直接目視観察す
ることによりおよび又は油圧計11の圧力低下を
調べることにより再生キヤリパー1の良否を判別
