PURPOSE:To obtain an alarm circuit which secures the minimum safety operating state even when a preset value is set incorrectly by outputting an alarm signal by output from an alarm decision part which outputs an alarm decision signal by computing an alarm area by the output value of a comparator. CONSTITUTION:The alarm setting device is comprised of the alarm decision part 2 provided with the alarm area which outputs the alarm signal by inputting the preset value or a real value to decide an alarm, and an alarm part 3 which outputs the alarm decision signal. As the upper/lower limit values of the alarm of the real value for the preset value, a value computed based on the preset value at the lapse of time, and alarm setting of fixed value is performed on even the preset value. 力する警報領域を有する警報判定部2と警報判定信号を
出力する警報部3とからなり経過時刻での警報判定をす
る設定値を入力し、この設定値は可変である。そして、
設定値に対する実績値の警報上限下限は、経過時刻での
設定値を基に前述の式Sv+α≧pv>sv−βで演算
した値が求められ、この値も可変であり万−設定値が狂
うと信用性の無いものとなってしまう。
