[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The invention consists of a main valve that supplies liquid to a liquid tank, and a pilot valve that communicates with the main valve via a conduit and opens and closes the main valve. Conventionally, a liquid level control valve consisting of a main valve that supplies liquid to a liquid tank and a pilot valve that communicates with the main valve via a conduit to open and close the main valve is disclosed, for example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 14951/1983. As disclosed, there is a device in which a weight partially immersed in liquid is provided below a valve body suspended by a spring, and a change in the liquid is detected by a change in the buoyancy of the weight to open and close a pilot valve. .

This detects the liquid level in the liquid tank using the weight and spring, and then opens and closes the main valve by adjusting the flow rate of the pilot liquid flowing out from the secondary side of the main valve. It is something to do.

However, since the opening/closing stroke of the valve body and the stroke of the weight, which moves up and down depending on the liquid level, are the same, even if a breakwater pipe is installed around the weight, it will not be able to withstand the waves generated in the liquid tank. As a result, the weight moves up and down, and the operation of the pilot valve is no different from a conventional ball tap type ON/OFF valve, and when the waves are large, it repeats ON/OFF to prevent the hunting phenomenon of the liquid level control valve. There is a problem of triggering.

The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and is a liquid level control valve consisting of a main valve that supplies liquid to a liquid tank, and a pilot valve that communicates with the main valve via a conduit to open and close the main valve. , the pilot valve is provided with a valve body facing the drain port of the conduit and a float for detecting the liquid level at the upper and lower ends of a vertically movably supported rod, respectively; The present invention is characterized by comprising an elastic valve that moves toward and away from a valve seat formed at the drain port of the conduit, and a tapered guide member that guides the valve to the valve seat.

With this configuration, even if the valve seat and valve come into contact with each other due to waves generated in the liquid tank when the pilot valve is closed, the pilot liquid will gradually flow out from the taper of the guide member. Therefore, the amount of pilot liquid outflow required to open the main valve is not reached, and the hunting phenomenon is not induced.

The valve 12 is preferably made of a soft resin such as rubber or plastic depending on the conditions so as to reliably close the valve seat 7. The guide member 13 is made of rubber, plastic, etc. like the valve 12, and is formed into a cylindrical shape having a funnel-shaped guide hole 15 in the center with a taper that gradually narrows the inside of the hole toward the lower end. The drain port 6 of the conduit 4 is inserted and guided into the guide hole 15.

Next, the operation of the liquid level control valve 1 having the pilot valve 5 configured as described above will be explained. First, when the liquid level in the liquid tank 2 decreases, the valve body part 8 descends and the contact between the valve seat 7 and the valve 12 is released, and the pilot liquid starts to be discharged due to the action of the taper of the guide hole 15. When the amount of liquid to be discharged gradually increases and reaches a predetermined amount, as is well known, the main valve 3 is opened and the liquid tank 2 is discharged.
The liquid supply starts.

Furthermore, when the liquid level in the liquid tank 2 recovers to a predetermined position by opening the main valve 3, the valve 12 increases due to the rise of the float 9.
closes the valve seat 7 to stop the discharge of the pilot liquid, and closes the main valve 3 to stop the supply of liquid to the liquid tank 2, as is well known.

During this blockage, even if the float 9 moves up and down due to the liquid generated in the liquid tank 2 and the valve seat 7 and the valve 12 come into contact with each other, a small amount of pilot liquid is discharged due to the taper of the guide hole 15. Therefore, the amount of pilot liquid outflow required to open the main valve 3 is not reached.
Does not induce hunting phenomenon.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which a guide member 18 made of a needle body is inserted into the valve 12 of the valve body portion 8. The guide member 18 is tapered so that it can be smoothly inserted into the drain port 6, and facilitates guiding the valve seat 7 and the valve 12 toward and away from each other.

Even if the valve seat 7 and the valve 12 come into contact with each other due to the vertical movement of the float 9 due to the waves generated in the liquid tank 2 at the time of blockage, a small amount of the pilot liquid is discharged due to the taper of the guide member 18, so that the above-mentioned implementation is possible. As in the example, the amount of pilot liquid outflow required to open the main valve 3 is not reached, and the hunting phenomenon is not induced.

As described above, the pilot valve of the liquid level control valve of the present invention is provided with a valve body part at the upper end of a rod having a float at the lower end, and a valve part that engages and separates from the valve seat of the drain port of the conduit. and a guide member having a taper that guides the valve to the liquid drain port, so that even if the valve seat and the valve come into contact with each other due to waves generated in the liquid tank when the pilot valve is closed, the guide member will not be removed. Since a small amount of pilot fluid is discharged from the taper of the member, the amount of pilot fluid that flows out does not reach the amount required to open the main valve, and the hunting phenomenon can be prevented as much as possible.
