動させ軸封してなる構成を有するものがある。

を前記リツプ部と近接対向させた構成としたもの

大気の圧力よりも低くなる逆圧時には、リツプ部
61の外周面に作用する前記液圧の低下を抑制す
るとともに、大気の圧力との差圧によつてリツプ
部61が回転軸3の外周面から浮き上がるのを、
リツプ部61と対応して湾曲形成され近接対向し
た浮動リング7の内周面によつて抑止するように
したものである。
