る緊締力が低下して密封流体Aの漏洩量が増大す
る問題を有していた。

し、しかもこの補助シートの内径部は回転軸外周
面と常に非接触であつて、密封流体によるリツプ
部材の潤滑を妨げず、長期間に亘つて安定したシ
ール性能を確保することができるもので、その実
用的効果はきわめて大きい。
