取付を行うのが、施工が簡単で手間を取らず能率
的である。即ち、工場に於ける棚付手摺Gaの組
立てには、先づ左右双方の下部妻梁2bの前端と
下部前桁1bの左右の端部とをブラケツト18に
より連結し、更にコーナーブロツク3を左右の角
部に装着し、引続いて第3図に示す様に前側手摺
子4a及び横手摺子4bの下端を所定の間隔で、
夫々上部前桁1a及び上部妻梁2aの上面に配置
し、上部前桁1a及び上部妻梁2aの裏側からタ
ツピングビスを上面に向け捻込んで、押出成型の
際両手摺子の中空内側に通しで隆設したビスホー
ル19へ螺着して固定するか、又は第1図に示す
様に前側手摺子下部連結板5c及び図示しない横
手摺子下部連結板を使い、上記の固定方法と同様
に固定して上部前桁1aの上面へビス5dで固着
し、次ぎに両手摺子の上端を夫々前側手摺子連結
板5a及び横手摺子連結板5bの下面に当て、両
窓手摺の上面から上記と仝様にタツピングビスを
捻込んでビスホールへ螺着して固定し、前側手摺
子連結板5aの上面には前側笠木6aを、横手摺
子連結板5bの上面には横笠木6bを、夫々装着
して被せ、左右の前側手摺子連結板5aと横手摺
子連結板5bとの接続部に、コーナー笠木6cを
取付ける事により、棚12を除く組立を終る。
尚、上記の場合の組立順序は適宜変更しても差支
ない。次ぎに取付現場での作業を説明すると、先
づ、第1図の側面図及び第3図の平面図に示す様
に、窓Wの下側の腰壁Acを介し、建物の躯体に
固着した基枠7の上部で、桁材Hの妻梁材Hbの
左右双方の下部妻梁2bの基部2eに固着した取
付金具14、及び固着部15を使い、夫々ボルト
16により、腰壁Acを介し建物の躯体へ下部妻
梁2bを強固に固定する。そして左右の上部妻梁
2aの基部17も仝様の順序で腰壁Acを介し、
建物の躯体に取付金具14とボルト16を使つて
固定するか、又は、下部妻梁2bのみの固定で強
度の十分な場合には、単に基部17の端部を、腰
壁Acへ当接させて置くだけでも良く、続いて一
方の横手摺子連結板5bの端部を取付金具14と
ボルト16を使つて横壁Abを介し建物の躯体に
固定する。次ぎに支柱8の基部8aを、雨戸Bの
戸袋Ba側の桁材Hの隅角部の内側J、即ち、第
3図、第4図に示す様に桁材Hの内の下部前桁1
bと下部妻梁2bのブラケツト18を介しての連
結部の内側及び上部前桁1a及び上部妻梁2aの
連結部の内側に当てゝ垂直に立設し、例えば、型
の金属製のブラケツト9により、必要に応じスペ
ーサ10を介して上部前桁1a、下部前桁1b、
上部妻梁2a、下部妻梁2bにネジにより固定
し、亦、必要に応じブラケツト10と支柱8間も
ネジにより固定する。次ぎに窓手摺5の雨戸Bの
戸袋Ba側の横笠木6bの裏側の横手摺子連結板
