【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は小型陰極線管のフアンネルに関するも

(従来の技術)
陰極線管を構成しているフアンネルのコーン部
分はガラスで形成されており、陽極用端子(通称
アノードボタン)はフアンネルの中間部に穴を開
けて取付けていた。最近、小型陰極線管をビデオ
カメラのビユーフアインダとして用いるようにな
り、その小型化、軽量化を追求することで、フア
ンネルのコーン部分を金属で作製する試がなされ

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
第2図はコーン部分を金属で作製したフアンネ
ルを使用した陰極線管の一部を示した図で側面図
である。1はフアンネルのコーン部、2はアノー
ド端子、3は蛍光体のついているパネルである。
フアンネルのコーン部1とアノード端子2は抵抗
溶接かレーザー溶接、ビーム溶接等の溶接により
接合しているが、接合部が傾斜していることで作
業がやりにくいことと、コーン部が薄い為にパワ
ー調整管理が難しかつた。それはパワーが低いと
接合力が不足し、パワーが高すぎると穴があいて

より絞り加工で形成されいるが、コーン部と一体

(実施例)
第1図は本考案によるフアンネルの一実施例の
斜視図である。フアンネルのコーン部11は板材
よりプレス加工により形成される。深絞りにする
かバーリングにするかは、フアンネルの板材の材
質や、加工後の処理方法等により選択されるが、
本考案の主旨ではないので省略する。フアンネル
のコーン部11には、パネルを接合する為のフラ
ンジ部11aを形成するが、本実施例に於いて
は、フランジ部11aと一体にアノード端子部4
を形成した。第3図は第1図の実施例にシール部
材5でパネル3を接合したフアンネルの側面図で
ある。アノード端子部は曲げ加工が終了してあ

本考案によれば、アノード端子をプレス加工の
際に一体形成するだけで、フアンネルのコーン部
とアノード端子を接合する作業が必要なくなり、
それに伴う品質に係る問題がなくなつた。当然、
接合作業に必要な設備もいらなくなり、フアンネ
ルを容易に且つ安価で品質の一定した状態で製造
