For this reason, the implanted portion 4 has a shape that eliminates cracks in the bead glass 5 and positional fluctuations between the electrode 1 and the bead glass 5. However, in reality, the bead glass 5 tends to crack or change its position. For this reason, it is necessary to use a heating method for each bead glass 5, which is very difficult to manufacture.

That is, the present invention has a substantially U-shaped structure having a side portion fixed to the electrode constituting the electron gun, and both leg portions bent at both ends of the side portion and implanted in the bead glass from the desired portion to the tip. In an electron gun component having a shape, the shape of both legs implanted in the bead glass from the desired part to the tip is formed into a flat shape with a predetermined width and a predetermined thickness, and the legs are each formed with a distance between the two tips. This electron gun component is characterized by being inclined at a predetermined angle from the desired part to the tip in the direction in which the legs become narrower, and the inclination angle from the desired part to the tip of both legs is approximately 25° to 28°. A certain thing is an embodiment.

The bead glass 25 is implanted from desired positions 34 1 , 34 2 of both end portions 33 1 , 33 2 integrally formed on the bead glass 25 to tips 35 1 , 35 2 , and these end portions 33 1 , 33 2 are integrally formed.
From the desired position 34 1 , 34 2 of 33 2 to the tip 35 1 ,
As in the conventional case, the portion up to 35 2 is formed into a flat shape with a predetermined width and a predetermined thickness. but,
In this embodiment, from the desired positions 34 1 , 34 2 to the tips 35 1 , 35 2 are angled with respect to both ends 33 1 , 33 2 in the direction in which the distance between the tips 35 1 , 35 2 becomes narrower. It is characterized by being bent inward by θ.
