BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as an evaporator for a car cooler, for example, the one shown in FIG. 3 has been known. This evaporator 1 has a corrugated fin 3 interposed between each straight pipe portion of a meandering flat tube 2 having a refrigerant passage formed therein. Furthermore, a refrigerant introduction header 4 and a refrigerant discharge header 5 are connected to both ends of the flat tube 2 in communication with the refrigerant passage. In this evaporator 1, air A is forced to flow perpendicularly to the refrigerant passage from the rear surface r of the evaporator 1 toward the front f, so that heat exchange is performed while the refrigerant passes through the refrigerant passage. It's getting old. The evaporator 1 is housed in a case (not shown) having an air inlet and an air outlet.

When the evaporator 1 operates, moisture in the air near the evaporator 1 is cooled, so dew condensation occurs on the outer surface of the evaporator 1, and the condensed water is carried by the wind A and scattered from the air outlet of the casing. This caused discomfort to passengers inside the vehicle. Therefore, in order to prevent the condensed water from scattering, a flat wire mesh 6 is applied to the entire surface of the evaporator 1, as shown by the chain line in FIG. I am trying to fix it to vessel 1.

However, since such a flat wire mesh 6 has low strength, the intermediate portion between the upper end and the lower end protrudes outward due to the wind A passing through the evaporator 1, and comes into contact with the evaporator 1. The portion becomes extremely small. Then, from the evaporator 1 to the wire mesh 6
The condensed water scattered towards the wire mesh 6 becomes a film and stays on the wire mesh 6, obstructing air circulation and reducing the air volume. Therefore, there is a problem that the cooling capacity of the evaporator 1 is reduced.

Means to Solve the Problem This idea is based on an evaporator in which wind flows from the rear to the front, and a net for preventing the scattering of condensed water with a corrugated horizontal cross section is applied to the front of the evaporator. One of the crests is perpendicular to and makes point contact with the front end of the flat part of the evaporator fin that extends horizontally and is lined up and down, and the remaining rear wave crest is the straight pipe of the flat pipe. It is characterized by being attached so that it makes line contact with the part.

Embodiment FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of this invention. In FIG. 1, the same parts as in FIG. 3 are given the same reference numerals, and their explanations will be omitted. This evaporator 1
0, a stainless steel dew condensation water scattering prevention net 11 having a corrugated horizontal cross section is applied to the front surface f, and any of its rear wave crests 11a is connected to the horizontal direction of the fins 3 of the evaporator 10. The upper and lower side edges of the fins 3 and the flat tube 2 are fixed to the fins 3 and the flat tube 2 so as to be perpendicular to the flat portions extending in the vertical direction and in point contact with the front ends thereof. The remaining rear wave crest portion 11a that is not in point contact with the fins 3 is in line contact with the straight pipe portion of the flat tube 2.

The water W condensed on the outer surfaces of the fins 3 and the flat tube 2 moves forward by the wind A and is transmitted along the rear wave crest 11a of the net 11 that is in contact with the front end of the fin 3 or the front end of the flat tube 2. The liquid then flows downward and is received by the bottom of the casing (not shown).

Effects of the invention According to the evaporator of this invention, the front surface of the evaporator is fitted with a condensation water scattering prevention net with a corrugated horizontal cross section, which has higher strength than the conventional flat net, allowing evaporation Since the net is not bent by the wind blowing into the vessel, the entire rear wave crest of the net is always in contact with the front of the evaporator. Then, one of all the rear wave crests of the condensation water scattering prevention net is perpendicular to the horizontally extending flat part of the fin of the evaporator and makes point contact with the front end thereof, and the remaining rear wave crests are Since the fins are attached to the front surface of the evaporator so as to be in line contact with the straight pipe portion of the flat tube, the condensed water on the fins is drawn into the point contact portion, flows down along the rear wave crest, and is not scattered. Even if a small amount of condensed water were to scatter from the flat part of the fin, it would be captured at the bottom of the wave and would not be scattered into the interior of the car. Moreover, since all the condensed water flows down and does not remain in the form of a film on the net, the cooling capacity of the evaporator does not decrease.
