るように連動連結してある。つまり、ペダル20
が中立位置になると、第4図に示す如く前記ポン
プ10とモータ11を接続するよう第3図に示す
如く前記仕切り壁部構成部材24aに穿設してあ
る一対の油路29a,29bを前記仕切り壁部構
成部材24aに穿設してある絞り部30付き油路
31を介して連通させる開状態にニユートラルバ
ルブ25がなり、変速装置12が中立状態に確実
になるように、かつ、ペダル20を前進位置ある
いは後進位置に操作すると、一対の前記油路29
