記一次コイルと主スイツチング素子と電流検出抵
抗とを直列に接続した主電流回路、電流ヒユーズ
を介して交流電流を整流し前記主電流回路に給電
する直流電源、前記主スイツチング素子のゲート
に駆動パルスを供給しこの主スイツチング素子の
スイツチング動作を制御する制御回路、前記出力
コイルの出力電圧を直流電圧に変換するとともに
この電圧を検出し前記制御回路の安定動作を図る
出力回路および前記制御回路を保護する保護回路
を接続したことを特徴とするスイツチングレギユ
レータ。 ２ 請求項１記載のスイツチングレギユレータに
おいて、保護回路は電流検出抵抗と並列に接続し
たツエナダイオードであることを特徴とするスイ
ツチングレギユレータ。 ３ 請求項１記載のスイツチングレギユレータに
おいて、保護回路は主スイツチング素子と電流検
出抵抗との直列回路に並列に接続したサイリスタ
であり、このサイリスタのゲートを前記主スイツ
チング素子と電流検出抵抗との接続点に接続した
