Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は建設中等の建築物の外側に沿つて仮設
する対立支柱間毎の横杆上に載架する足場板の滑
動を防止する滑り止め装置であつて着脱が簡単で
然も有効に滑り止めせられると共に反覆的に使用
せられる足場板の滑り止め装置に関するものであ

周知のように従来の足場板は仮設支柱間の各横
杆上に載架した後紐繩又は針金で結着したものか
或は螺子等にて螺着固定したものである。然るに
前者は足場板を各横杆毎に一々結着するものであ
るから取着けに甚だしい手数を要したのみでなく
熟練的技術を要し従つて往々結付部が弛緩して足
場板が妄動したり外脱落下して事故の因をなした
ものであり又施工完了後仮設支柱等を解体する場
合も足場板の取外しに甚だしい手数を要し然もこ
れら紐繩や針金は廃棄する不経済があり又後者は
一々工具を用いて横杆毎に螺着又は螺解するもの
であるからこれ又着脱に手数を要したのとこの際

で然も有効な滑り止めをなす下記の装置を提案し

即ち実施例の図面に示したように、建築物の外
側に沿つて内外対立して仮設した支柱1,2間毎
に両端部を針金Wにて結付して横架した各横杆3
上に載架する板金製足場板4の長手両側の下面に
沿つて断面略楔形の凹溝H1,H2を屈曲形成し且
つこれら凹溝に、下面を逆さ円弧状R面となし且
つ該円弧状面長手方向に複数条の角形凸部tを形
成した長尺な軟質合成樹脂製座盤5の上面に突設
した断面向い合せく字状の挿込み脚6を挿嵌着し
て該座盤の下面を前記各横杆上に当着せしめたも

の円弧状R面に突設した各凸部tは足場板4を横
杆3上に載架した場合軟質合成樹脂の弾褥性と相
俟つて該足場板が横方向に滑動するのを抑止する
と共に各横杆3の周面が第3図示のように円弧状
R面の各凸部tまで没入するので長手方向への滑
動も抑止せられ従つて左右いずれの方向にも滑動
することがないので常に安全に足場板4上で作業
せられる効果を具有するものであつて又本案にお
ける座盤5はその形状上足場板4の下面より側縁
にかけて順応密着すると共に突起部がないので他
物と衝接して妄りに剥離するおそれもない利点も
