However, fire detectors installed in passenger cabins are removably fitted to a pedestal fixed to the ceiling, etc., and if the detector body is removed from the pedestal due to mischief, multiple fires may occur. There was a problem in that the power supply or signal line connection to the following fire detectors among the fire detectors was disconnected, making it impossible to monitor fires.

Therefore, by creating a screw hole that penetrates from the detector body side to the pedestal, inserting a special shaped screw such as a hexagonal screw into this screw hole, and using a special jig to fix the hexagonal screw into the screw hole. A detector has been proposed that prevents the detector body from being removed by tampering.

(Problem that the invention attempts to solve) However, although it is possible to prevent accidental removal by using a special jig to secure the hexagonal screw, it is also difficult to use a special jig when inspecting fire detectors. However, since the removal of the detector body is complicated, work efficiency is reduced, which is a contradictory problem, and there remains room for improvement.

In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention has been developed to provide a fire detector in which the detector body is removably fitted to a pedestal fixed to the ceiling etc. by rotating the detector body. A mating protrusion is provided, and a mating receptacle for mating the mating protrusion of the detector body is provided on the detector body mating surface that is wider than the ceiling fixing surface of the pedestal. A stop member is provided to lock the fitting protrusion of the detector body fitted into the fitting receptacle of the pedestal, and the fitting protrusion of the detector main body can be fitted and removed from the fitting receptacle of the pedestal. By providing a position fixing protrusion that locks the fitting protrusion of the detector body fitted into the fitting receiver by pushing down from the outside of the side of the pedestal, unnecessary removal is avoided. I tried to prevent this.

The configuration of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. Reference numeral 1 denotes a pedestal fixed to the ceiling 2, and the lower side of the pedestal 1, on which the detector body is fitted, is wider than the upper ceiling fixing surface. Figure 2B
As shown in , the detector body mounting surface of pedestal 1 has
Three fitting receivers 3 formed in an inverted L shape as a second fitting part into which a first fitting part, which will be explained later, is fitted.
a, 3b, and 3c are provided. Reference numeral 4 denotes a terminal frame formed in the shape of a box frame, and a U-shaped terminal 5 is assembled to each of the plurality of terminal frames 4 as shown in the terminal frame 4a as a representative, and a detector is attached to the base 1. When the main body is fitted by turning, the U-shaped terminal and the columnar terminal are electrically connected by fitting the columnar terminal on the detector main body side into the U-shaped terminal 5. Fitting receiver 3a
A pedestal 1 is installed near the detector body to prevent reverse rotation of the detector body.
A locking mechanism 6 is provided for locking the detector body.

The structure of the lock mechanism section 6 will be explained in detail with reference to FIG. 1. FIG. 1B is an explanatory diagram showing an enlarged view of the lock mechanism section 6, and FIG. FIG. 1C and FIG. 1D are explanatory diagrams showing the operation of the lock mechanism section 6 in perspective views. Reference numeral 8 denotes a frame body formed integrally with the pedestal 1, and a stopper member 9 is mounted inside the frame 8 so as to be slidable from the outside of the side surface of the pedestal 1 toward the detector body fitting surface. The stop member 9 is made of metal or the like and bent into an L shape, and when the head of the stop member 9 comes into contact with the stopper 10,
This prevents the stopper member 9 from coming off. As is clear from FIG. 1A, the stopper 10 is formed integrally with the base 1, and only the stopper member 9 is a separate part made of metal or the like. Therefore, a stopper member 9 is provided within the frame body 8.
When installing the pedestal 1, press the stopper 10 toward the center of the pedestal 1. Further, the stop member 9 is provided with a position fixing projection 9a. this,
Stopping member 9 As shown in FIG. 1D, the second fitting part on the detector main body side that is fitted into the fitting receiver 3a by inserting it downward, that is, toward the fitting surface of the detector main body, is stopped. It comes into contact with member 9 to prevent the detector body from rotating in the opposite direction. At this time, the stop member 9 is reliably engaged with the frame 8 through the interposition of the position fixing projection 9a.

Figure 3A is a plan view of the detector body which is removably fitted to the pedestal in Figure 2 by turning it.
FIG. B is a side view partially taken in section along the line Z--Z in FIG. 3A. 18 is a detector main body, and on the upper side of the detector main body 18, that is, on the pedestal fitting surface, fitting receivers 3a and 3b are provided as a first fitting part to be fitted into a second fitting part on the pedestal 1 side. , 3c are provided with fitting protrusions 11a, 11b, and 11c, respectively. 12 is a columnar terminal provided corresponding to a plurality of terminal frames 4, and 13 is a cover that protects the detector main body 18.

Next, the action will be explained. By contacting the pedestal fitting surface of the detector body 18 with the detector body fitting surface of the pedestal 1 and rotating it, the first

a second fitting part of the pedestal 1 corresponding to each of c;
That is, it fits into each of the fitting receivers 3a, 3b, and 3c. That is, as shown in FIG. 1C, the detector 18 is fitted to the base 1 with the stopper member 9 not pushed in. The fitted state of the detector main body 18 to the pedestal 1 will be explained using the fitting receiver 3a and the fitting protrusion 11a as an example. As shown by the broken line in FIG. The fitting projection 11a is fitted into the receiver 3a, and in this state, as shown in FIG. 1D, by inserting the stopper member 9 downward, that is, toward the fitting surface of the detector body,
This prevents the fitting protrusion 11a fitted into the fitting receiver 3a from rotating in the opposite direction. That is, since the fitting protrusion 11a on the detector main body 18 side is prohibited from rotating to the left, the detector main body 18 is locked onto the pedestal 1.

When the locking of the detector main body 18 to the pedestal 1 is completed by inserting the stop member 9 in the direction of the mounting surface of the detector main body, the locking mechanism section 6 is moved to the side surface of the pedestal 1, which is not easily visible from the floor. Since the locking mechanism part 6 is installed on the upper part, that is, the existence of the locking mechanism part 6 is not easily detected due to the presence of the detector body fitting surface, which is formed wider than the ceiling fixing surface of the pedestal 1, so that the detector body cannot be removed by mischief or the like. To prevent.

Next, during inspection work by workers such as periodic inspections, the fitting is received by holding the head of the stopper member 9 with fingers or the like and pushing upward, that is, toward the ceiling 2, without using any special tools. The locking mechanism of the fitting protrusion 11 fitted to the detector 3 is released, and the detector body 18 can be easily removed from the pedestal 1 by rotating in the opposite direction, that is, to the left.

In the above embodiment, a fitting protrusion is provided as the first fitting part formed on the detector main body 18 side, and a fitting protrusion is provided as the second fitting part formed on the pedestal 1 side. Although the configuration is such that the fitting receivers are provided, the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion may be provided in reverse. That is, a fitting receptacle into which a fitting protrusion is fitted as a second fitting part formed on the pedestal 1 side and a fitting protrusion is fitted as a first fitting part formed on the detector main body 18 side. The configuration may be such that each of them is provided.
