Abstract

PURPOSE:To save labor for constructing a slope, and to reduce construction cost by scattering the earth and sand inside a hopper by a screw conveyor that has been arranged in the bottom of the hopper onto the shoulder of a road, and by grading the scattered earth and sand by means of a plate to form a slope. CONSTITUTION:A screw conveyor 5 is provided in a trough 4 along the bottom thereof, and one end thereof is supported by a conveyor supporting plate 6 that is projected outside on the right side of a hopper 2, and the other end thereof is connected to a receiving sprocket gear 12 (not shown) provided to the left outside of the hopper 2. And a hydraulic motor 7 (not shown) is operated to turn the screw conveyor 5, so that the earth and sand inside the trough 4 is transferred to the right side of the hopper 2, and it is discharged from the earth-and-sand discharge port 13 at the place where the right outside wall of the hopper 2 intersects with the trough 4. Then, the discharged earth and sand is graded by blades 14, 15 that have been provided on the right outside of the hopper 2 to form a slope, and by oscillating a grading plate 16 so as to open or close the earth-and-sand discharge port 13, the earth and sand is uniformly graded in a slope width.

[Prior Art and Technical Problems to be Solved] When paving roads, asphalt paving methods are often used because they are superior in terms of construction period, paving cost, and smoothness of the finished road surface. However, the asphalt pavement method also has the disadvantage that the asphalt is brittle and easily crumbles, especially on the road shoulders, so concrete retaining walls are installed on the road shoulders to reinforce the shoulders.
It is necessary to prevent the collapse of the road shoulder. However, the method of installing a concrete retaining wall increases construction costs. Therefore, on roads such as farm roads and forest roads where traffic volume is low and scattering of soil is not a problem, the shoulders are often filled with earth to create a mud cover to prevent the shoulders from collapsing. The method of protecting the road shoulder with mud can save construction costs compared to the method of installing a concrete retaining wall.

However, the conventional soil-covering method involves scattering earth and sand on the roadside using a dump truck, etc., and then using a shovel or other tool to scoop up the soil and form the soil, making it extremely labor-intensive. This increases the cost, making it less worthwhile to reduce costs by installing earthen walls instead of concrete retaining walls.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional earthen construction technology, and it is possible to use civil engineering vehicles to save labor in the construction of earthen earthworks, thereby significantly reducing construction costs. The technical challenge is to provide construction attachments.

A bracket 3 is attached to the outside of the rear part of the hopper 2, so that it can be attached to the front part of the civil engineering vehicle 1. A bridge-shaped trough 4 is provided in the lower part of the hopper 2, and the bottom surface of the hopper 2 is inclined in a ■-shape so that earth and sand can flow into the trough 4. The trough 4 has a screw conveyor 5 along its bottom. One end of the screw conveyor 5 protrudes out to the right side of the hopper 2 and is supported by a conveyor support plate 6, and the other end is connected to a passive sprocket gear 12 attached to the left outer side of the hopper 2. An extension screw 51 is detachably attached to the screw conveyor 5 supported by the conveyor support plate 6. A hydraulic motor 7 provided at the bottom of the homper 2 transmits rotation from a worm 8, a worm gear 9, a chain 10, a driving sprocket gear 11 to a driven sprocket gear 12 to the screw conveyor 5. This transmission part is isolated from the earth and sand so that it does not get caught in the earth. When the hydraulic motor 7 operates and the screw conveyor 5 rotates, earth and sand flows inside the trough 4 to the right side of the hopper 2.

An earth and sand outflow hole 13 is provided at the place where the trough 4 collides with the right outer wall of the homper 2, and earth and sand flows out from this earth and sand outflow hole 13. During earthwork construction work, when a civil engineering vehicle equipped with this attachment runs on the right side of the road, the flowed earth and sand are collected by the blade 14 attached to the right outside of the hopper 2.
It is graded by 15 and becomes Doba.

The blades 14 and 15 are hydraulically activated by operation inside the driver's cab, and the protrusion length can be changed in a stepless manner, and the width of the construction soil can be expanded or contracted. When constructing a short-width dowel, removing the extension screws 51 can effectively form a short-width dome. Further, a leveling plate 16 is provided near the sediment outlet hole 13 on the outside of the hopper 2, and as the blades 14 and 15 expand and contract, the leveling plate 16 swings to open and close the sediment outlet hole 13. Rollers 17 and 1 are installed on the ground surface of the lower part of the hopper 2, which can evenly level outflowing soil to the width of the construction soil (see Figures 8 and 9).
Rollers 7, 17, and 17 are provided so that they can be rolled, and during earthwork construction work, the rollers 17, 17, 17, and 17 are grounded and roll, allowing the attachment to work while moving forward. Roll bumpers 18, 18 equipped with rolling wheels are provided on the outside of the front part of the hopper 2.
The attachment is designed so that it will not be damaged even when pouring earth and sand directly from a dump truck into the interior, and it is also possible to push the dump truck forward while it is in contact with the rear wheel of a dump truck that has accumulated a large amount of earth and sand during soil construction work. Since the work is not progressing, the work can be carried out while being supplied with earth and sand from the dump truck.

In the above description, left and right are defined toward the traveling direction of the civil engineering vehicle l. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the reason why the civil engineering vehicle 1 is driven on the right side during work is that the lever in the driver's cab is on the right side, so that it is easy to operate the lever while looking at the right shoulder of the road.

Although the present embodiment is configured as described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims. In particular, the left side of the bottom of the trough is raised and the right side is lowered to improve the flow of sediment, an auxiliary screw conveyor is installed above the trough to adjust the amount of sediment that enters the trough, and it is towed behind civil engineering vehicles. Modifications such as making the attachment a type of attachment are also included within the scope of the present invention.

As explained above with reference to the embodiments, the earthwork construction attachment for civil engineering vehicles of the present invention uses a blade to grade the earth and sand, so there is no need to manually form the earth and sand using a shovel, etc. Therefore, it is possible to save labor, and as a result, soil Feather costs are lower. Therefore, it must be said that the construction cost of the entire road can be reduced and the industrial value is also high.
