Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce electric power consumption and to reduce the size and weight of the device by providing a 2nd guide means which slidably and turnably holds a moving piece and a means for pinching the moving piece to the feed screw of a driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:The driving shaft 21 having the feed screw 21a is pressed and energized when a motor 20 rotates. The driving piece 18 having a notched nut 18a screwed with a small clearance slides on a 2nd guide pole 24 and moves in the optical axis direction; therefore, a lens frame 13 engaged with this driving piece 18 moves master lenses 11, 12 to focus the lenses by correctly obtaining the prescribed moving distance. The notched screw 18a screwed to the feed screw 21a has just 120 deg. contact part with the feed screw 21a in the circumferential direction and the resistance loss by the contact is decreased. The driving piece having the notched nut engaged with the lens frame is pinched to the driving shaft of the motor and the load for driving the lenses is decreased by this moving piece. The high-accuracy lens driving device which allows the use of the low-torque motor and prevents hysteresis is thus obtd.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above configuration, it is necessary to apply grease or the like to the screw in order to improve the slidability between the feed screw and the moving piece, and the entire inner circumference of the moving piece is attached to the feed screw. If it is in contact with the grease, the viscosity of the grease increases the load on the motor, which worsens the temperature characteristics at low temperatures, requiring a high-torque motor. There was a problem that the volume increased at the same time. In addition, there is a clearance between the feed screw and the moving piece for sliding, and this clearance causes hysteresis in the movement distance of the master lens group relative to the rotation of the motor shaft, making focusing operation unstable. There was also a problem. Furthermore, there was also the problem of noise generation.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention reduces the load, prevents the occurrence of hysteresis, and reduces noise by inserting a notched nut screwed into the feed screw at 180 degrees or less of the circumference of the feed screw of the motor shaft. This provides a quiet lens moving device with no noise.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the lens moving device of the present invention includes:
A lens frame that holds a lens, a first guide means that holds the lens frame movably in the optical axis direction, a drive shaft that is integrated with a motor shaft that has a feed screw portion, and a motor that drives the drive shaft. a drive piece having a notch nut that is threaded into the feed screw of the drive shaft at 180 degrees or less of the circumference; a second guide means for slidably and rotatably holding the movable piece; It is equipped with a means for inserting it into the feed screw of the drive shaft.

Effect With the above configuration, the contact area of the notch nut due to threading with the feed screw is reduced, and it is possible to prevent an increase in load due to the viscosity of the grease, making it possible to use a low-torque motor, resulting in low power consumption. It is possible to achieve smaller size and lighter weight. In addition, since the pinching means presses the notch nut against the feed screw, it is possible to eliminate backlash caused by the screw engagement between the feed screw and the notch nut, reduce hysteresis in the moving distance, and ensure accurate focusing operation. It can be carried out.

Further, the drive piece 18 having the notched nut 18a has one end thereof slid onto a second guide ball 24 disposed on the motor mounting body 23 in parallel with the drive shaft 21, and is rotatably held. At the same time, the drive piece 18 is configured with an arm 18c for sandwiching the drive shaft 21, so that the second
The feed screw 21a of the drive shaft 21 is pressed with the guide pole 24 as a fulcrum, and the notch nut 18a and the feed screw 21a are screwed together without any gap. Note that the pinching pressure between the drive shaft 21 and the drive piece 18 is set to be greater than the holding force between the lens piece 13 and the drive piece 18.

When the motor 20 rotates, it presses and urges the drive shaft 21 with the feed screw 21a, and the drive piece 18 with the notched nut 18a screwed together with a small clearance slides on the second guide ball 24 and moves in the optical axis direction. Therefore, the lens frame 13 engaged with the driving piece 18 correctly obtains a predetermined movement distance with respect to the rotation angle of the motor 20, and the master lens 11.
Performs 12 focusing operations. At this time, the notch screw 18a screwed into the feed screw 21a has a contact portion with the feed screw 21a of 120"L in the circumferential direction, thereby reducing resistance loss due to contact.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a lens frame that holds a lens;
a first guide means for movably holding the lens frame in the optical axis direction; a drive shaft of a motor having a feed screw portion; a drive piece having a notch nut screwed into the feed screw of the drive shaft; By providing the second guide means for holding the drive piece and the clamping means for pressing and biasing the notch nut against the drive shaft, the contact area between the feed screw portion and the notch nut is reduced, and grease is removed. It is possible to prevent an increase in load due to viscosity, and it is possible to use a low-torque motor, resulting in lower power consumption, smaller size, and lighter weight. Further, since the nut is pressed against the feed screw portion, the hysteresis of the movement of the lens frame relative to the rotation of the motor can be reduced, and an excellent effect can be obtained in that accurate focusing operation can be performed.
