【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 差動装置ハウジング内において一対のピニオ
ンギアと噛合う一対のサイドギアの背面に前記差
動装置ハウジングと螺合して前記サイドギアと前
記ピニオンギアとの噛合状態を外部から調整可能
な位置調整部材を設け、前記位置調整部材の各々
には、一端部に前記サイドギアに当接する頭部、
他端部の端面に外部より前記位置調整部材を回動
せしめるための複数の凹部、また、その中間部に
前記差動装置ハウジングに螺着されるねじ部が
夫々形成され、前記差動ハウジングの両端部には
夫々、その一端面に複数個の爪が形成されたリン
グ状の固定部材が装着されており、かつ前記固定
部材の複数個の爪のうち前記各々の位置調整部材
の凹部に対応する爪を前記位置調整部材の回動を
阻止するように前記凹部に夫々係合せしめたこと
を特徴とする差動装置。
