The shoe insole material 1 has a basic type and a composite type. The basic insole material 1a of the shoe is, as shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b, a piece of material 12 (heel material) with a thickness of about 1.3 to 4 mm on both sides of a midsole material 11 with a thickness of about 1.3 to 2 mm.
Both edges of the middle fabric 11 are cut into a V-shape, and one side edge of the one-sided fabric 12 is cut into a tapered shape, and this cut part is glued. This is part 13. The composite type insole material 1b is obtained by laminating a composite material 14 at a predetermined position of the basic type insole material 1a, and there are various types as shown in FIGS. 4a, b to 6a, b. Figures 4a and b show a toe composite material 14 pasted to the center of the midsole 11 of the basic type midsole material 1a shown in Figure 3, and Figures 5a and b show a one-piece product. A piece of fabric 12 is laminated on the intermediate fabric 11, and a composite material 14 is further laminated on the piece of fabric 12. In FIGS. 6a and 6b, a composite material 14 is further laminated to the center of the intermediate material 11 of FIG. 5. The inner sole sheet 3 is made of, for example, gauze, a vinyl sheet, a woven fabric such as cheesecloth, or a nonwoven fabric such as felt. The company manufactured laminate material 8 for shoe insoles.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to illustrated embodiments.
The paper feed tray 16 is equipped with a belt conveyor 17, and guide plates 18 are erected on both sides of the belt conveyor 17. A plurality of gluing machines 2 16 are arranged in front of the paper feed table 16 . (In this embodiment, the number of gluing machines is two, but if the surface unevenness of the inner sole material 1 is three or more steps as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, the number of gluing machines 2 or gluing machines The number of application rollers 19 in 2 can be increased.) Gluing machine 2
is equipped with an application roller 19 made of special rubber on the upper side and a support roller 20 on the lower side.
A pair of doctor rollers 21, 21 are in contact with the upper surface of 9.
The glue is stored in the troughs of the doctor rollers 21 and 21, and the glue is evenly applied to the applicator roller 19 on the surface of the inner sole material 1 passing between the applicator roller 19 and the support roller 20. Apply glue. In this embodiment, the application roller 19 of one of the gluing machines 2 has a small diameter because both the basic type or composite type insole materials 1a and 1b have uneven surfaces and it is necessary to apply glue uniformly to both of the surfaces. Apply the surface of the convex part as
The coating roller 19 of the other gluing machine 2 has a large diameter so as to coat the surface of the recessed portion. Gluing machine 2
A glue storage tank 22 is attached to the top of the
A fixed amount of glue is constantly supplied to the application roller 19. A pasting machine 7 is arranged in front of the pasting machine 2.
A roll 24 of the wound inner sole sheet 3 is mounted on a support stand 23 . A heater roller 6 is installed diagonally below the roll 24 as a spreading means for the inner sole sheet 3, and the surface temperature is adjusted from 120 to 120 degrees depending on the type of the inner sole sheet 3 by PID control.
The temperature is kept constant at 70℃. Of course,
Steam heating may also be used. On the outer peripheral surface of the heater roller 6, a spiral groove 25, such as a helical gear, is formed so that a force is always applied in the direction of spreading the inner sole sheet 3 to prevent the inner sole sheet 3 from wrinkling. A conveyor 35 is used for laminating and conveying the inner sole material 1 and the inner sole sheet 3. Incidentally, instead of using the heater roller 6, manual tension may be used. A plurality of bonding rollers 4 are disposed on the sides of the heater roller 6, and are attached to a pressure adjustment cylinder 26 so that the inner sole sheets 3 can be bonded together with a constant pressure at all times. A pasting roller 4 and a pair of fixed rollers 27 are arranged below the pass line 5 of the inner sole material 1. Pasting roller 4
In order to accurately and firmly adhere the sheet 3 for the inside sole according to the irregularities on the surface of the material 1 for the inside sole, first a large diameter pasting roller 4 is arranged to stick the sheet 3 for the inside sole on the concave portion, and then a thin A pasting roller 4 with a diameter of
The inner sole sheet 3 is laminated onto the inner sole material 1 while adjusting the pressing force to the optimum pressure. A dryer 9 is arranged in front of the 4 groups of laminating rollers,
Undried shoe insole laminate material 8 is conveyed to the conveyor 36
It is then placed on the machine and transported. For the dryer 9, the optimum heat limit for drying is selected and used, such as hot air or a far infrared heater. A heat exchanger 28 is attached to the dryer 9, and cold outside air sucked in by a blower 29 is warmed by high-temperature exhaust gas and sent to the dryer 9.
A cutting machine 10 is arranged in front of the dryer 9, and the insole material 1 in the form of a series of insole sheets 3 is continuously fed into the cutter 10. Detecting only the portion of the insole sheet 3 (between the insole materials 1) of the dried shoe insole laminate material 8 fed into the cutting machine 10;
At the same time as the detection, the cutting cart 30 travels on the rail according to the running speed, and the cutting blade 31 crosses only the part of the insole sheet 3 {between the insole materials 1} to precisely cut the inside of the shoe to a predetermined size. It is adapted to cut the bottom laminate material 8. The cutting operation is performed in a reciprocating manner when crossing the shoe insole laminate 8. Detection of the cut point is carried out on the middle ground 11 as shown in Figure 3a.
Since unevenness occurs at the end due to dimensional errors between the intermediate fabric 11 and the one-sided fabric 12, the boundary between the intermediate fabric 11 and the one-sided fabric 12 is selected, and a position where the cutting blade 31 does not cover both is selected as the cutting position. The shoe insole laminate material 8 is conveyed by two conveyors 32, front and rear, suspended in a substantially triangular shape when viewed from the side, and a nipping roller 34 disposed above the conveyors. The lifting and lowering of the roller 34 and the bite thickness are performed by an attached lifting cylinder. The cutting signal device 33 is arranged between the conveyors 32, and there are two methods: a magnetic sensor method and a phototube method. The former is used for non-transparent materials such as vinyl, and the latter is used for transparent materials such as cheesecloth. used for things.

Then, the inner sole material 1 is fed one by one to the paper feed table 16, and the feeding pattern is accurately corrected by the guide plate 18, and then fed to the gluing machine 2. Insole material 1 uniformly glued to match the unevenness of the surface using glue machine 2
is sent to the next step, the laminating machine 7, where the inner sole sheet 3 is laminated according to the unevenness of the surface, but no wrinkles occur due to the effect of the spiral groove 25, and then the pressing force adjustment cylinder 26 is applied. As a result, the laminating roller 4 applies an optimal pressing force to the insole sheet 3, strengthens the adhesion force along the unevenness, and forms the shoe insole laminated material 8. In this way, the insole sheet 3 is evenly adhered to the insole material 1 to form the shoe insole laminate material 8, and then the material is sent to the dryer 9. The dryer 9 heats and dries the shoe insole laminate 8 using hot air, far infrared rays, or other heat sources. After sufficient drying, the shoe insole laminate 8 is fed into the cutting machine 10 and cut into a predetermined size by the method described above.
