分離すべく用紙間にエアーを吹きつけさばくよう
にした方式があるが、それでは強度に帯電してい
る場合等においては用紙を確実に分離することは
困難であるばかりでなく大がかりな装置が必要と
なつてしまい、更に騒音の発生源ともなつてしま
う欠点があつた。

を受けることなく元の位置に戻すことのできるよ
うにして、用紙の重送を確実に除去し、小形で騒
音の心配のない信頼性の高い重送防止装置を提供
することを目的とする。

れている。そして、前記摩擦部材取付板2の下方
には該摩擦部材取付板2を回動させるための駆動
用ソレノイド9が図示されない固定部材に取着さ
れている。又、この駆動は前記摩擦部材取付板2
の一部に設けられたアングル3とソレノイド9の
間に渡されたラツチ4によつて摩擦部材取付板2
に伝えられることになつている。又、前記摩擦部
材取付板2は軸5のまわりに設けられたスプリン
グ材20によつて第1図及び第2図に実線で示す
位置、すなわち台板30上の最上位用紙が用紙引
上装置10によつて引き上げられるときの用紙先
端の軌跡A(第2図)と重送防止用摩擦部材1の
一部が交錯するような位置にあり、前記ソレノイ
ド9のON動作により第1図及び第2図に破線で
示す位置、すなわち上記用紙先端の軌跡Aと交錯
しない位置まで移動することができる。

げることができる。このとき用紙引上装置10の
吸引力は用紙と重送防止用摩擦部材1との接触圧
に比べ充分大きいので用紙と重送防止用摩擦部材
1との接触により用紙が落下することはない。以
上の様にして用紙が所定の位置まで引き上げられ
た後は同図cに示す如く重送防止様摩擦部材1は
前述した第2図に破線で示す用紙先端の描く軌跡
Aと交錯しない位置までソレノイド9の動作によ
り移動することになる。これは1枚目と共に摩擦
部材を越えて引き上げられた用紙が用紙の屈曲や
引き上げスピードに負けて剥がれた用紙や、万一
吸引から外れた用紙が落下してきた場合に用紙を
スムーズに元の位置にもどすための退避動作であ
る。次に引き上げられた用紙の給送動作が図示さ
れない装置によつて行なわれた後重送防止用摩擦
部材1は同図aに示す位置にもどり次の用紙を扱
うことになる。一方用紙引上装置10に一度に複
数の用紙が引き上げられた場合は同図aに示す如
く前記引き上げられつつある複数の用紙は全てそ
の先端部が重送防止用摩擦部材1と接触すること
となる。このとき最上位の用紙は前述の如く用紙
引上装置10によつて充分な力で引きつけられて
いるため落下することはないが、最上位以下の用
紙(P-2以下)は同図bに示す様に重送防止用摩
擦部材1との接触圧によつて用紙間吸着力が弱め
られそれ以上用紙引上装置10について上がるこ
とはない。この重送防止用摩擦部材1は用紙幅方
向全面に渡つて設けられていても良いが、本実施
例の如く用紙角部近傍に設けられている方が用紙
角部により剥離を始めることになり用紙間にエア
ーを流入させ易く、従つて重送の原因となつてい
る用紙間吸着力が効果的に弱めることができる。
このようにして最上位用紙のみが所定の位置まで
引き上げられると重送防止用摩擦部材1は同図c
で示すように所定の位置まで引き上げられなかつ
た最上位以下の用紙を元の位置にもどすべく移動
し前記最上位用紙P-1の給送が終れば再び同図a
の如く次の用紙を扱う工程へと移ることになる。
