1 上下ハーフケースを重ね合わせ溶着して構成
されるプラスチツクケースにおいて、前記上下ハ
ーフケースの何れか一方に凸部を設け、他方に前
記凸部に対向したリブに凹部を形成し、前記凸部
の先端外径が前記凹部の内径よりも若干大きく構
成され、前記凹部と前記凸部を突き合わせて超音
波振動を加えることにより、前記凹部の内側面部
分と前記凸部の外側面とにより溶着部が形成され
、前記凹部の底面と前記凸部の先端面とが間隙を
有して挿入内部空間が形成されることを特徴とす
るプラスチツクケース。 2 請求項1に記載のプラスチツクケースを磁気
テープカセツトのカセツトケースとして使用し、
前記挿入内部空間につながる空気孔がカセツトケ
ース位置決め孔を兼ねるように構成されたことを

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 上下ハーフケースを重ね合わせ溶着して構成
されるプラスチツクケースにおいて、前記上下ハ
ーフケースの何れか一方に凸部を設け、他方に前
記凸部に対向したリブに凹部を形成し、前記凸部
の先端外径が前記凹部の内径よりも若干大きく構
成され、前記凹部と前記凸部を突き合わせて超音
波振動を加えることにより、前記凹部の内側面部
分と前記凸部の外側面とにより溶着部が形成され
、前記凹部の底面と前記凸部の先端面とが間隙を
有して挿入内部空間が形成されることを特徴とす
