In recent years, with the advancement of printing technology, printed materials such as Western paintings and Japanese paintings that have a surface structure that is faithful to the original paintings have been researched, developed, and commercialized. As for the so-called ``cut-out''-style printed matter, there were only two-dimensional copies of paintings made using appropriate printing methods, and there were no printed matter that had the uneven texture unique to paper-cutting. Therefore, conventional paper-cutting-style printed matter is far from actual paper-cutting, and thus cannot satisfy the desires of people who appreciate paintings.

In view of the current situation, the present inventor has completed the present invention as a result of various research experiments. That is, the present invention provides a method for producing printed matter having relief using a high-frequency molding method, in which a relief matrix used in the high-frequency molding method has a plurality of strips of paper and/or cloth attached to a base material. This is a method for producing cut-out printed matter, characterized in that the printed matter is cut out from a prototype formed by a machine.

以下、本発明については更に詳しく説明する。 The present invention will be explained in more detail below.

First, strips of paper and/or cloth are adhered onto a base material of paper and/or cloth by an appropriate means to form a prototype. These strips may be paper and/or cloth cut or torn into appropriate sizes, or strips of different thicknesses may be used. When forming this prototype, it is preferable to use the same material for the base material and the strips, considering the gloss of the surface of the resulting printed matter. In addition, by using a base material with a pattern on its surface in advance, and arbitrarily changing the thickness of the layered material when pasting the strips, roughly matching the pattern, the resulting material can be obtained. The printed matter is more suitable because it has a texture that is more faithful to the original image. In addition, in order to provide elasticity and strength to this prototype, it is preferable to attach glass fiber or cloth to the back side of the prototype to reinforce it.

Next, a relief matrix used for high-frequency molding is molded from the prototype thus obtained. This step is performed, for example, in the following manner. First, the above-mentioned prototype was pasted on a glass plate to make a horizontal surface, and then
A relief matrix is obtained by pouring a previously defoamed silicone resin for high-frequency molding and peeling off the silicone resin after hardening.

Finally, the synthetic paper on which the design has been printed in advance is placed on the relief matrix obtained in this manner in a registered manner, and then high-frequency molding is performed to impart irregularities to the design. As the synthetic paper, synthetic paper made of vinyl chloride, synthetic paper made of polystyrene, or the like can be used. In addition, when forming the above-mentioned pattern, the coloring pigment used must take into consideration the heat resistance during molding and the light resistance of the product.

Since the present invention has the above configuration, it has the following effects. That is, the prototype according to the present invention is made by pasting strips of paper and/or cloth, and the thickness etc. of the pasting can be arbitrarily changed without requiring special skill.
Since it can be easily produced, it is possible to easily obtain a printed matter that is faithful to the original drawing, that is, a printed matter that has an uneven feel and tactile sensation that is almost the same as that of a cut-out picture. Furthermore, it is possible to produce printed matter in large quantities by simply creating one prototype.

Therefore, the cut-out prints obtained by the present invention can fully satisfy the desires of people who appreciate paintings, and have extremely high industrial utility value.
