る状態に装着し、前記把持爪それぞれの外周面に
該周面に沿つて連続して延びる環状の係合溝を設
け、前記把持指をワークに向かつて水平方向に移
動可能な基板により支持し、かつその一方を基板
に固定すると共に他方を基板に対して垂直方向に
上下動可能に取り付けて固定把持爪との間隔を変
化せしめ得るようにし、両把持爪をワーク把持時
に共にワークの窓穴内に挿入し得る距離だけ同一
垂直面内において隔て、可動把持爪を固定把持爪
から離反する方向に動かすことにより可動把持爪
の係合溝内にワークを係合せしめてワークを支持
部材から取り外し、かつ可動把持爪を更に同方向
に動かすことにより固定把持爪の係合溝がワーク
内に係合しワークを保持することを特徴とする窓
穴付平板状ワーク用内径チヤツク装置。
1. A flat workpiece with a window hole is suspended by a support member so that the plate surface is approximately vertical, and a plurality of gripping claws are expanded from inside the window hole to grasp the inner edge of the window hole. In an internal chuck device for gripping a workpiece, a pair of gripping fingers are vertically opposed and arranged horizontally and parallelly at a position facing the window hole of the workpiece, and a circular shape is attached to the front end of each gripping finger. A plate-shaped gripping claw is attached such that the plate surface of the gripping claw is perpendicular to the axis of the gripping fingers in the same vertical plane, and an annular shape is provided on the outer peripheral surface of each of the gripping claws and extends continuously along the peripheral surface. The gripping fingers are supported by a horizontally movable substrate toward the workpiece, one of which is fixed to the substrate, and the other is attached so as to be vertically movable with respect to the substrate. The distance between the fixed gripping claw and the fixed gripping claw can be changed, and the movable gripping claw is separated in the same vertical plane by a distance that allows both gripping claws to be inserted into the window hole of the workpiece when gripping the workpiece, and the movable gripping claw is moved in the direction away from the fixed gripping claw. By moving the movable gripping claw, the workpiece is engaged in the engagement groove of the movable gripping claw to remove the workpiece from the support member, and by further moving the movable gripping claw in the same direction, the engagement groove of the fixed gripping claw is engaged with the inside of the workpiece.
