を頂部に水平状部を有するコの字に近い状態に塑
性変形させたものであつて、その屈曲させる表面
部分は著しい伸びを伴い、アルミニウム型材のよ
うに表面にアルマイト被膜が形成されている場合
には、アルマイト被膜が肉薄となつて他の部分と
色むらを生じ、美しいアルマイト発色を均一に表
出し難いものであつた。殊に、扉体の左右両側に
おける固定支柱及び戸当たり支柱は相当の強度が
要求され、前方壁と後方壁を離隔させたコの字状
ないし中空方形状のアルミニウム型材が使用され
ているけれども、このような格子枠にあつては、
合成樹脂製キヤツプを嵌着する以外の手段によつ
て目隠しすることが至難であつた。
