Gutters in necessary locations such as building entrances and exits are covered with gutter covers so as not to obstruct walking or driving. Conventionally, such gutter covers have mainly been made of concrete plates. . In recent years, it has become necessary to cover the entire surface of street gutters to prevent children and the elderly from falling off or vehicles from falling off, and for this reason, water-permeable gutter covers that maintain the original function of street gutters have come to be used. .
As this water-permeable gutter cover, a so-called grating metal plate having a drainboard shape is mainly used.

This can accumulate in the gutters and obstruct the flow of drainage. In addition, the heels of women's high heels can sometimes cause unexpected accidents. Furthermore, the bottom of the gutter can be seen through the lattice gaps, which may cause fear to pedestrians. Other problems were pointed out.

Through hole 1
2 may be suitably cylindrical as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a truncated conical shape with a gradual downward taper as shown in FIG. 4, or a rectangular tubular shape as shown in FIG. . The thickness and size of the base layer part 1, the thickness of the reinforcing bars 11, the spacing between the grids, etc. are determined by taking into account the opening width and strength of the side gutter, but for a side gutter with an opening width of 430 mm, the base layer part The thickness of 1 is 110 mm, the size is 430 x 500 mm, the thickness of reinforcing bar 11 is 13 mm, reinforcing bar 1
If the lattice gap of No. 1 is 110 mm, it can sufficiently withstand the running of heavy objects. In addition, through hole 12
The number of formations is determined taking into consideration water permeability, but
If the area of one opening is 3.14 cm 2 , 60 pieces per 1 m 2 is appropriate.

It is applied as a road repair material by adding pigments, etc. and a hardening agent just before use, and it has good adhesion to the roadbed, so even a thin layer can fully fulfill the role of a road repair material. Moreover, the coefficient of friction between the road surface and the tires is high, which of course prevents slip accidents, but it is also resistant to wear and can withstand long-term use, making it easy to repair road damage and having good oil resistance. Overall, it has an optimal use for road construction.

This epoxy resin or urethane resin is used as the binding material 22 of the granular aggregate 11 in the water-permeable cover according to the present invention because it has advantages suitable for use in bridges and expressways. . In order to form a large number of water permeable holes 23, 23, 23 communicating at least in the thickness direction in the surface layer 2,
The proper blending ratio of the granular aggregate 21 and the binder 22 made of epoxy resin or urethane resin is granular aggregate: binder = 100:2 to 8, thereby obtaining a porosity of 18 to 30%. It will be done. In addition, adding an appropriate amount of a silane coupling agent or the like increases the binding strength, and adding an appropriate coloring agent also makes it possible to obtain a colorful cover.
The granular aggregate 21 is selected from gravel collected near the coast and river mouth, various types of sand and gravel, blast furnace/converter slag, crushed stone, etc., and is appropriately selected depending on the application site.

It is placed horizontally between the two, and is laid out and covered along the length. Rainwater, etc. flows through the water permeability holes 23 in the surface layer 2...
It reaches the base layer part 1 through the base layer part 1, and further quickly flows down into the side gutter 5 through the through holes 12 of the base layer part 1. The water permeation holes 23 in the surface layer 2 are holes between the aggregates 21 formed by bonding the granular aggregates 21 to each other with a bonding material 22 made of epoxy resin or urethane resin. It is small, so leaves, etc. will not pass through this hole, and there is no risk of the heel of a high heel hitting it. In addition, the surface layer 2 is a layer of resin concrete formed by intricately intertwining aggregates 21 and binding materials 22 made of epoxy resin or urethane resin, and there are no through holes 12 in the lower part of the layer. Since the base layer 1 is made of densely hardened concrete, the inside of the gutter 3 is not seen through, and fear is not caused.
Further, since reinforcing steel bars 11 are buried within the thickness of the base layer 1, the base layer 1 has extremely high strength and can sufficiently withstand running of heavy objects.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, the through hole 12 is shown to be cylindrical, and although it is possible to form the through hole 12 at the same time as molding the base layer 1, it is possible to form the through hole 12 after molding. It can also be formed by
On the other hand, the through hole 12 shown in FIG. 4 has a tapered shape that gradually opens downward, and in this case, it can be formed at the same time as molding, and has the advantage of good mold releasability from the mold and excellent drainage performance. It is desirable to be employed in Also, the first
The figure shows holes 3 for locking lifting tools near the opposite sides of the surface.
3 is recessed, and a female thread 31 is cut into the inner surface of the locking holes 3, 3, and each groove cover can be lifted by threading a bolt (not shown) as a lifting tool. It is considered possible. In order to facilitate this lifting, it is also desirable to have the side surfaces of the gutter cover tapered downward and the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the gutter cover to be an inverted trapezoid.

In the example shown in FIG. 5A, recessed holes (recessed portions) 4, 4 are formed in the side surface of the base layer portion 1, and connecting members 41 are fitted into the recessed holes 4, 4 in a joint manner to connect adjacent groove covers. This is an attempt to interlock. In addition, FIG.
The same interlocking effect as described above is expected by forming grooves 4 and fitting the protrusions 4' into each other when laying the grooves in the side gutter.

Furthermore, instead of the lifting tool locking holes 3, 3, a retractable handle may be formed on the surface, or a notch for opening the lid may be provided on the side edge. Furthermore, it goes without saying that other modifications to the illustrated interlocking means are possible.

Epoxy resin or urethane resin is used as the bonding material 22 with 21.
Because it has good adhesion to the roadbed, it can be used for road use even when it is laid in a thin layer, and the coefficient of friction between the road surface and tires is high, so it can prevent slip accidents. Of course, urethane resin has the property of being hard to wear, durable for long-term use, and has good oil resistance, making it ideal for use.On the other hand, urethane resin is rich in elasticity, toughness, etc., and has high tear strength and resistance. This epoxy resin or urethane resin has excellent abrasion resistance, aging resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, low-temperature properties, etc., and also has excellent alkali resistance compared to polyester resin, and does not deteriorate as a base concrete. Resin is suitable for use as the bonding material 22 with the granular aggregate 21 that constitutes the surface layer 2 of the cover.
