【考案の詳細な説明】
(1) 産業上の利用分野
本考案はプレハブダクトを設置して連結固定す
るプレハブダクト布設作業装置に関するものであ

しかし、従来のプレハブダクトの布設作業は、
掘削された溝内に入つた作業者がクレーン車等に
より吊り上げられたプレハブダクトを設置して、
手作業により固定していたので、プレハブダクト
の布設作業効率が悪いとともに、布設するプレハ
ブダクトが布設する状態に置かれていないと、ク
レーン車等により吊り上げる際にプレハブダクト
を布設する状態に直さなくてはならず、クレーン
車等による吊り上げ作業が煩雑になるという問題

本考案は、上記の問題点を解決するために、プ
レハブダクト布設作業車のブーム先端にフレーム
を取付け、このフレームに第1の駆動装置により
回転自在に回転軸を水平に取付け、この回転軸の
先端に、プレハブダクトを連結する連結ボルトの
頭部と嵌合して連結ボルトを締付けるソケツトを
取付け、前記回転軸の外周に第2の駆動装置によ
り前記回転軸と同軸状に回転自在な支持板を取付
け、この支持板にプレハブダクトの把持装置を取

ム6は屈伸シリンダ7により屈伸し、屈伸ブーム
6の先端にはプレハブダクト布設作業装置8が枢
支され、プレハブダクト布設作業装置8は平衡取

装置である油圧モータ14の出力軸に取付けたプ
ーリ15とベルト17を介して連結されるプーリ
16が取付けられる。回転軸11の外周には回転
軸11に取付けられた軸受19により支持板18
を回転軸11に回転軸11と同軸状に回転自在に
支持し、この支持板18には把持装置20が取付
けられる。支持板18にはフレーム10に取付け
られた第2の駆動装置である油圧モータ21の出
力軸に取付けたウオーム22と噛合うウオームホ
イール23が取付けられる。把持装置20は、支
持板18に基端が揺動自在に枢支されたアーム2
4と、アーム24と支持板18とに両端を枢支し
た揺動シリンダ25と、アーム24の先端に回転
及び揺動自在に枢支された把持板26と、支持板
18に直角に取付けられプレハブダクト28の孔
29に挿入されてプレハブダクト28を持ち上げ

伸ブーム6を移動させてプレハブダクト28を第
3図に示すように布設場所に運び、支持板18を
回転させてプレハブダクト29を設置位置に位置
させ、回転軸11を回転させて、連結ボルト30
を締付けてプレハブダクト28を固定する。その
後、把持装置20のアーム24を揺動させるとと
もに、屈伸ブーム6及び伸縮ブーム4を移動させ
てフオーク27を孔29より抜き取るとともに、
ソケツト13を連結ボルト30より離すことによ

以上のように、本考案によれば、溝内に作業者
が入ることなく、プレハブダクト布設作業装置に
よりプレハブダクトを布設することができるとと
もに、布設するプレハブダクトが布設する状態に
置かれていなくても確実にプレハブダクトを把持
することができ、また、回転軸と支持板を同軸状
に回転させるのでコンパクトにできるプレハブダ
クト布設作業装置が提供され、本考案はプレハブ
