First, a large number of moving metal cars were suspended from the re-covered line,
There is a method in which the re-stretching wires are supported by each of the movable metal carts, and these wires are brought close to the top of the utility poles to carry out the re-stretching work, or poles are installed near the top of each utility pole, and the wires are placed between the poles. Separately, a main wire or messenger wire is stretched, a large number of moving wire wheels are suspended from this main wire, and the replacement wire is supported by each of these moving wire wheels, and these are brought close to the top of the utility pole and covered. One possible method is to have the replacement wire supported by each of these movable wire wheels and pull it out from one side end of a large number of utility poles to carry out the replacement work.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, according to the former method, a large number of gold wheels are suspended from the old overhead grounding wire that is about to be replaced, which places a burden on the fragile replacement wire. Unforeseen situations such as wire breakage are also expected,
Lacking reliability. On the other hand, even with the latter method, a large number of movable gold wheels must be prepared, and it also requires a great deal of labor and time to suspend a large number of movable gold wheels from the main line, so it is not necessarily satisfactory. Furthermore, as mentioned above, the re-covered wire has become brittle, and there is a risk of it breaking on the way, and at the same time, it is not possible to pull it out by passing it through a large number of movable gold wheels because it has loose parts on its outer periphery.

The specific structure of the present invention is to extend a main wire between a large number of utility poles along the old grounding wire, to support a latching machine on this main wire, and to attach the above-mentioned inner cylinder to the latching machine. The lashing machine and drum are moved through the old ground wire and one end of the extended wire rope attached to the old ground wire, and an appropriate string is fed out from the lashing machine around the outer periphery of the old ground wire and the extended wire rope. Alternatively, the rope can be wound in a spiral, and in this state, the old grounding wire and extension rope can be pulled down from one end of many utility poles, and a new grounding wire connected to the rear end of the extension rope can be extended between each utility pole. This is to replace the grounding wire by connecting the grounding wire. In order to attach the above-mentioned wire extension rope to the old ground wire, the wire extension rope must be stretched between a number of utility poles in advance along the old ground wire, or a drum wrapped with the wire extension rope should be installed in front of the lashing machine. There is a method in which one end of this extended rope is connected to the end of the old ground wire, and the extended rope is naturally let out by the movement of the lashing machine and follows the old ground wire.

(Function) The old grounding wire is old and has become weak, so tension cannot be applied to it, but in the construction method of this invention, a stretched rope is attached to the old grounding wire, and an appropriate rope or string is spirally wrapped around the outer periphery of the old grounding wire. Because it is wrapped around the ground wire, the old ground wire will not sag even when there is no tension. This is because the old grounding wire is removed from between each utility pole by applying an appropriate tension to the extension ropes lashed together and pulling the extension ropes from one end of a number of utility poles. Furthermore, since a new ground wire is connected to the rear end of the extension rope, a new ground wire is automatically extended by pulling down the extension rope.

Therefore, in the replacement work, support poles 6 are first fixed to each line cap 4 of each utility pole 1. A main wire 7 is stretched between each of these support poles 6. This main wire 7 is an insulating rope with little elongation.
For example, it consists of cabler rope (trade name),
A wire tensioner 8 is used to tighten the wires at both ends of a large number of utility poles 1. Then, the lashing machine 9 is suspended from the main wire 7 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4. The old grounding wire 5 is passed through the inner cylinder 9a of this lashing machine 9,
A packing cord 11 is wound around the outer periphery of bobbins 10, 10 provided on the outer cylinder 9b, respectively. In addition, the inner cylinder 9
A support arm 12 is protruded from the front end of the support arm 12, and one end of a suspension arm 14 on which rollers 13, 13 are mounted on the main wire 7 is connected and fixed to the upper end of the support arm 12. Further, a drum support frame 17 rotatably supporting a drum 16 is fixed to the tip of a protruding arm 15 that protrudes forward from the support arm 12, and this drum support frame 17 is attached to the main wire 7 by rollers 17a, 17a. It is suspended. A wire extension rope 18 is wound around this drum 16, and one end of this wire extension rope 18 is pulled out and passed through the inner cylinder 9a of the lashing machine 9 to connect to the ground wire cap of the utility pole 1 at the right end in FIG. Fixed at 4. and the support arm 12 of the lashing machine 9
A towing rope 20 is connected to the hook 19 of the machine, and the towing rope 20 is pulled in the direction of the arrow in FIGS. 2 and 4. As a result, the lashing machine 9 is pulled along the main wire 7, the old ground wire 5 behind the lashing machine 9 and the extended rope 18 are integrated, and the baling cord 11 is spirally wound around the outer periphery of these wires. . In this way, the extended rope 18 is attached along the entire length of the old grounding wire 5 from one end of the large number of utility poles 1 to the other end, and is lashed with the packing cord 11. As shown in Figure 3, each utility pole 1
A wire extension roller 21 is provided in the ground wire cap 4 of the ground wire cap 4, and the old ground wire 5 and the wire extension rope 18 are pulled out from one end side of a large number of utility poles 1. At this time, a new ground wire 22 is connected to the rear end of the wire extension rope 18. Therefore, on one end side of many utility poles 1, the old grounding wire 5 and the extension rope 1
8 is pulled, separated by the separator 23, and wound around each drum 24, 25. At the same time, at the other end of the numerous utility poles 1, a new grounding wire 22 is fed out while applying a brake to the drum 26. To go. As a result, the old grounding wire 5 is removed from between the many utility poles 1, and a new grounding wire 22 is installed.

When pulling out the old grounding wire 5 and extension rope 18 and extending the new grounding wire 22, tension or brakes must be applied at both ends of the numerous telephone poles 1, that is, on the feeding side and on the drawing side, to prevent them from hanging downward. Must be 2% to 1 sag
To maintain %=d, the span of each utility pole 1 should be 50m=s,
If the ground wire is 30sq・0.23Kg/m=w, the tension T should be about 72Kg to 144Kg from the formula T=ws 2 /8d.
Therefore, it can be carried out with a simple device.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention has the above configuration, and when replacing the grounding wires between a large number of utility poles, the main wire is stretched along the old grounding wire, and the extended rope and the old grounding wire are connected using a latching machine. latching, pulling out the extended rope and old grounding wire, and simultaneously extending the new grounding wire.
The work is completed in extremely few steps. Moreover, when the above-mentioned lashing machine latches the extended wire rope and the old ground wire, a drum with the extended wire rope wrapped around it is installed in front of the lashing machine. The spiral winding of the string or rope around the extended rope and the outer periphery of the old grounding wire can be performed automatically, making the work extremely simple, and therefore the entire replacement work can be done easily and quickly. In addition, since the extension rope and the old grounding wire are latched together, the old grounding wire is pulled out together with the extension rope by pulling the extension rope, so the old grounding wire is moved downward without applying tension to the old grounding wire. The cable can be pulled out from the top of each utility pole without sagging, and therefore, even if the high-voltage distribution line of each utility pole is live, it can be safely replaced.
