剥がすことが極めて困難で莫大な労力と時間が
かゝる。従つて防水材料の改修工事費が非常に高
価になる。

化することが知られている。従つて古い防水材料
8を剥がす場合該古い防水材料8が130℃以上に
なるように加熱すれば、屋根コンクリートスラブ
面5への接着力が低下するため、容易に剥がすこ
とが可能となる。この場合、本考案の鋤状の刃2
が冷えていると、一旦加熱されて粘性の低下した
アスフアルトが、この鋤状の刃2に接触して温度
が低下し再び粘性が増大し鋤状の刃2の全面に接
着してしまう。しかし本考案は、この鋤状の刃2
を裏面からガスバーナー7,7で加熱し、かつ前
記鋤状の刃2に複数個の長方形の孔3,3……を
設け、火焔21が直接古い防水材料8にあたつて
加熱することが出来るように構成されているの
で、そのような不都合はなく、スムーズに剥がし
取ることができる。加熱温度や火焔21の足の長
さの調整はガス管12に設けた調整バルブ16お
よびプロパンガスボンベ20に設けたレギユレー
ター18によつて行うことが出来る。更に刃先4
が屋根コンクリートスラブ面5に接する時、該屋
根コンクリートスラブ面5に対して刃面の角度が
15度乃至30度、つまり刃先を前方に押し進めるこ
とによつて防水材料層を最も剥離しやすい角度に
取りつけられているので、古い防水材料8の剥離
が極めて効率よく行われるのである。
