Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、過炭酸ソーダあるいは過酸化ぼう硝
を安定に配合した漂白洗剤に関するものである。 過炭酸ソーダ(2Na2CO3・3H2O2)は、低温
での漂白効果が高く、生体に無害であり、公害を
もたらさないなどの長所により、家庭用および業
務用の漂白剤として賞用されている。又、漂白剤
を洗剤中に配合できれば、洗たくと同時に漂白も
行うことができ、好都合であることから、このよ
うな漂白洗剤が強く望まれている。 特公昭53−43970号には、ポリリン酸塩をビル
ダーとして含有する洗剤に過炭酸ソーダを配合し
た漂白洗剤が開示されているが、ポリリン酸塩は
湖沼の富営養化の問題が原因で、近年は、ビルダ
ーとしての地位を無リン系の代替物質に譲つてい
る。代替物質のうちで現在、最も重要視されてい
るのが、一般式、Me2oO・Al2O3・xSiO2
yH2Oで示されるアルミノケイ酸塩(ゼオライ
ト)であり、なかでもA−4型ゼオライト
〔(Na2O)・(Al2O3)・2.0(SiO2)・4.5(H2O)〕が
重要で現在、ビルダーとして用いられている。 しかしながら、このA−4型ゼオライトを含有
する洗剤に過炭酸ソーダあるいは過酸化ぼう硝
(以下、過炭酸ソーダ等という)を配合した場合、
その過炭酸ソーダの貯蔵安定性は低下してしま
う。過ホウ酸ソーダを選択した場合には、比較的
安定に存するが、過ホウ酸ソーダよりも低温での
漂白効果が優れている過炭酸ソーダを配合した場
合の貯蔵安定性は極めて悪く、実用化できないも
のである。 このような欠点を解消するため、過炭酸ソーダ
等をある種の無機あるいは有機化合物で被覆した
のち、A型ゼオライトに配合し、相互の接触を防
止する方法が提案されているが、未だ十分なもの
はない。 本発明者等はゼオライトを含有する洗剤に過炭
酸ソーダ等を安定に配合することを目的に鋭意研
究を重ねた結果、ゼオライトとして完全結晶質X
型ゼオライトを使用することにより、過炭酸ソー
ダ等を安定に配合できることを見出し、本発明を
完成した。 即ち、本発明は完全結晶質X型ゼオライトおよ
び過炭酸ソーダ等を含有することを特徴とする漂
白洗剤に関するものである。 X型ゼオライトは、一般式、〔0.9±0.2)
Na2O・Al2O3・(2.5±0.5)SiO2・nH2O〕で示さ
れ、その代表的なものはX−9型〔Na2O・
Al2O3・(2.5)SiO2・6H2O〕である。 洗剤は主有効成分の界面活性剤を5〜40%含ん
でおり、界面活性剤としては、アルキルベンゼン
スルホン酸ソーダ、リニアアルキルベンゼンスル
ホン酸ソーダ、高級アルコールスルホン酸ソー
ダ、α−オレフインスルホン酸ソーダ、直鎖パラ
フインスルホネート等のアニオン系界面活性剤、
脂肪酸アルキロールアミド、ポリオキシエチレン
型、アルキルアリルエーテル型等のノニオン系界
面活性剤を数種組み合せて一般的には用いられて
いる。この他、芒硝、ケイ酸ソーダ、炭酸ソー
ダ、CMC、螢光染料および香料等を含んでいる。 本発明によれば、過炭酸ソーダ等をゼオライト
含有洗剤に安定に配合でき、特に過炭酸ソーダの
貯蔵安定性を著るしく改善でき、低温でも漂白効
果の優れた漂白洗剤を提供できる。 以下に本発明を実施例で説明する。 実施例 1 過炭酸ソーダ(PC)及び過酸化ぼう硝(PS)
をそれぞれ、A−4型ゼオライトおよびX−9型
ゼオライトと9:1(重量比)の割合で混合し、
全量5gをポリエチレン製容器に入れて、上部開
放のまま、40℃、75%RHの恒温恒湿機内に放置
し、その安定度の経時変化を測定し、その結果を
