、タツプ、絞り等の加工を行う数値制御板材加工
機において、前記板材の一側端縁に当接するピン
状の測定子を駆動手段により垂直方向に出没自在
に設けると共に、該駆動手段を一軸方向に水平移
動可能に支持し、かつ、この水平移動の移動量を
検出する位置検出ロツドを具備して成り、前記板
材がその移送位置決め装置により位置決めされ当
該板材の一側端縁が前記測定子に当接して後退移
動させられるとき、前記検出ロツドの後退移動量
を検出するようにした移動量の検出装置を、前記
検出ロツドの移動可能な方向を前記板材加工機の
X軸およびY軸に平行にして当該板材加工機に配
置し、前記板材に加工を施すまえに、当該板材を
X軸およびY軸方向に所定量移動させてその板材
の一側端縁を前記検出装置の測定子に当接させ、
その検出装置に得られる検出信号に基づいて、板
材移送位置決め装置に装着された板材の寸法を演
算し、予め操作入力されている板材寸法値に対し
前記演算した板材寸法が適正であるか否かを判別
する判別手段を設けたことを特徴とする数値制御
板材加工機。 2 請求項1に記載した検出装置から得られる検
出信号に応じて、数値制御板材加工機に固定して
設けられた1箇所の加工原点を基準にして操作入
