[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention installs a combustion burner facing downward in a combustion chamber equipped with a heat exchanger, emits a flame, and drains the water in the water-cooled wall surrounding the combustion chamber. This invention relates to a hot water boiler body that is heated by radiant convection heat transfer.

As shown in the figure, there is one that has a double structure consisting of an inner wall 1 and an outer wall 2, and has a heat exchanger 4 erected inside the inner wall 1. Water 8 is filled between the inner wall 1 and the outer wall 2 and inside the heat exchanger 4. A combustion burner 6 is inserted downward from the upper burner charging hole 5 into such a can body.
will be established. Boilers configured to heat water 8 in this manner are used in heating boilers, water heaters, bathtubs, and the like. The inner wall 1 of this type of can body is generally flat. The combustion burner 6 emits a flame 7 from the top toward the bottom. Inner wall of can body 1
The water 8 filled between the outer wall 2 and the outer wall 2 is heated by radiation from the flame 7 and convection heat transfer.

In conventional boilers, the inner wall 1 of the can body is generally flat, and the flame 7 emitted from the combustion burner 6 is emitted directly to the bottom 10 of the inner wall 1. Therefore, the horizontal bottom 10 of the inner wall 1 facing the flame 7 gradually expands and deforms upward into a convex shape, which may eventually cause cracks. Furthermore, the air 11 contained in the heated water 8 between the inner wall 1 and the outer wall 2 accumulates below the portion that has been deformed into an upwardly protruding shape due to this expansion, causing a partial emptying phenomenon. As a result, the deformation progresses at an accelerated rate, which may cause stress fracture. Further, the bottom part 10 of the inner wall 1 that comes into contact with the water 8 becomes high temperature, and a local boiling phenomenon occurs, and when the air 11 accumulated in that part expands and escapes upward, an abnormal boiling sound may be generated.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a hot water boiler that prevents the bottom of the inner wall of the can from being destroyed and also prevents the generation of abnormal boiling noise.

According to the present invention, in a hot water boiler in which water stored between an outer wall and an inner wall of a can body having a water inlet/outlet is heated by a combustion device that forms a downward flame, the combustion device of the inner wall is heated. A can body for a hot water boiler is obtained, characterized in that the bottom portion facing the flame has an inclined portion that is inclined upward at the periphery.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. The hot water boiler body shown in FIG. 1 has a double structure with an inner wall 1 and an outer wall 2, and a heat exchanger 4 is installed upright at the bottom 10 of the inner wall 1. The space between the inner wall 1 and the outer wall 2 and the inside of the cylinder of the heat exchanger 4 are filled with water 8. A combustion burner 6 is provided in such a can body downward from a burner insertion hole 5 in the upper part, and a flame 7 is radiated, thereby heating the water.
The combustion gas passes around the cylinder of the heat exchanger 4 and enters the exhaust pipe 9.
flows to. In this way, water 8 is heated by radiant convection heat transfer from flame 7 and combustion gas.

The inclined portion of the inner wall 1 of the can body is provided with a mountain-shaped bent portion 14 having a triangular groove-like cross section when viewed from below as shown in FIG. 2, and the bending line of this bent portion 14 is inclined upward toward the periphery. You can get it at This bent portion 14 has the function of increasing the strength against thermal deformation, and also discharges air from the hot water.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the bottom part 10 of the inner wall 1 from which the flame 7 is radiated is inclined, the bubbles in the water 11 do not stay below the bottom part 10 but move upward from the periphery. do. Therefore, the bottom part 10 of the inner wall 1 of the can body is prevented from being destroyed, and the generation of abnormal boiling noise is also prevented.
